Walked in mid-afternoon looking for a quick snack and was glad I took my little stroll down the block.
Got the slice and a can of soda special for just under $6 and was munching on it within five minutes. Their crust was thin and crunchy, the sauce was light, and the pepperoni and cheese weren't greasy. The portions were also pretty generous.
I will definitely bring friends if I'm ever back in the neighborhood.
We live in the neighborhood and basil docs is our go to for pizza! Sometimes we eat on the tables out front, but moreso--takeout!
They seriously have the best pepperoni ever and overall the pizza is delicious! Always cooked to a crisp without being burnt on the bottom.
I love this place. The pizza is always tasty (the crust has a nice sourdough flavor, and the sauce is rich), and the staff are always friendly with me. Today, I went in to order at the counter. Upon seeing I was on crutches, he brought it out to my car when my order was ready.
We have finally found our pizza place in Denver! We found it quite by accident, as our favorite place (which shall remain nameless) had website issues one Sunday evening and we couldn't order our usual. We searched for a new place, one that had GF pizza as well as the regular every-day pizza. We happened upon Basil Docs. We had a feeling that a pizza place that only does takeout, as opposed to a restaurant that makes pizza would be a better bet. We were right! Because pizza is their focus, they do it right! I'm a veggie pizza lover and it didn't disappoint. Large pieces of fresh veggies crammed onto a 10-inch GF polenta crust (well-done and crispy, as requested). Heaven! My husband's Supreme pizza was just as satisfying. We love having a go-to, a regular place that we can count on. Now if we could only find a good Chinese place......
This place is awesome! Small pizza joint with cool people, and great people! It’s down the street and it’s our little spot for good zah!!!
Stopped in today and got there #3 which is a huge slice of pizza with 3 toppings and a soda for $5.75. He had our slices whipped up in 5 minutes. Very impressed with the quality and service!!!
Best pizza in the area. And you can get a pretty good salad to go with.

Best pizza and calzone's. Best thing is they don't cut corners. Whole foods 100%! awesome been going here since I was eleven same location best marinara in Colorado and excellent staff.
We ordered the large 20” Parma Red pizza and Mozzarella breadsticks. Loved the crust, slightly chewy but still crisp. Highly recommend.
This is one of my favorite pizza places which say's alot because I've eaten pizza pretty much everywhere in Colorado. The ingredients are farm fresh so way healthier for you. Most importantly though the flavor is a 20 out of 10. I highly recommend this place to everyone. The prices are a little up there but you absolutely get your money's worth here.
Delicious. We order from here all the time. The crust is perfect, and they have vegan cheese, which makes my day. Everyone who works there is very nice.
Authentic ORIGINAL Connecticut style pizza!! We just arrived from CT and tried it today...spectacular!! Perfect crust and great flavor..we will return. Their service is top notch. Sat outside and we're attended to like a sit down fine dining restaurant. I can't say enough about the experience--treat yourself!
Moved here 5 years ago and was blessed to live right down the street. I have been in love since! Fantastic pizza. The slices are huge and the same gentleman is always working in the kitchen and is very friendly. Leave a tip! Your pizza will be worth it.
