Sump coffee in Denver! Great prep of my espresso. Great pastry and food selection. Tons of seating. SMOKES 2- out of 3

Great coffee! Really fun atmosphere, especially on a warm sunny day. The baristas are extremely knowledgeable and know how to serve up coffee. Only gave it four stars because signage to find it is not great and for those that are used to run of the mill (chain) coffee shops, you will experience sticker shock. It's expensive coffee but you're paying for quality.

I love the variety. Whether it's the great, locally roasted coffee Black Black has available, the tasty pastries, or the brew methods you can choose for your cup. Every visit promises a new experience, a rare thing when the coffee industry is so often about replicating the same flavor over and over again.

Odd business/apartment location but by far the highest quality coffee I've ever had. The product is unreal and absolutely traditional. Very small portion with standard 2 shots. I got the Cascara Latte which is a latte with their home-made simple syrup that includes tea made from cascara (the outside plant part of coffee). The most delicate, rounded, not-sweet tasting latte I've ever had. The food is also wonderful.

So far, this is my favorite coffee shop around Denver. A small staff maintains familiarity, while an ever changing coffee selection brings variety. A multi-roaster shop offering espresso drinks alongside a slow bar showcasing six different brewing methods, you'll have to try hard to get bored here. The seating area is open and airy, with lots of natural light. They also have a small kitchen where you can get breakfast burritos and lunch sandwiches. They close at three and aren't currently open on the weekends, so plan your visit for the earlier part of the day. You won't be disappointed. Bonus, Books, the shop dog, is super cute and playful.

One of the best lattes I've ever had! They use high end coffee beans, and you can definitely taste the quality. My latte had a dark chocolate cherry flavor - subtle but incredible. Four stars only because I wish they'd warn you up front that the servings are tiny.

The coffee is INCREDIBLE and the staff is very friendly. They also do good burritos. But there's no cream or sugar. I realize that's intentional and the coffee doesn't need it, but I just feel like people should be able to consume coffee however they want.

If you don't like black coffee I'm sure there is a Starbucks located somewhere nearby for your convenience. If you like coffee like you like your black crayola's then this is the place for you. It only takes 1 sip to see what they're talking about when they say "This is what we're best at: finding the best coffees from the best roasters and serving it how it was meant to be: black." The statement is true, the coffee is good. Seriously, give black coffee a try.

Good place for good coffee, but I wouldn’t say that it’s the best in the nation, or in the top 1%. I have tried many high-end coffee shops in Chicago, London, and they have all been better. However it is clear that if you come here you will find a knowledgeable staff who really care about the quality of the coffee, which is more than what you could say at Starbucks.

Flew into DEN early and was looking for a spot to get some work done and have a cup of coffee near the train line. It was a bit further than I was hoping to walk, but I had to visit when I saw that coffee is only served black: just how I like it. I hate answering the question, "Do you want room for cream?" at most cafes. The answer is always no. Coffee was great. Sausage burrito was great. Well worth walking the extra 1/2 mile for me.

Awesome coffee shop in nice open space. Features a rotating assortment of Roasters from all over the world. They also offer pastries and breakfast burritos, sandwiches and salads. Can be tricky to find as it's located in the back of the Taxi complex.

the best cup of coffee I've had - atmosphere is great too. not too quiet that you feel like you can't have a conversation but not too loud that you know you won't hear the other person. Josh is great! Get your caffeine here!

One of my favorite coffee shops for some clever non standard caffeinated beverages and a wonderful place to study if you go upstairs to the lofted section. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but is always worth it. Great place to meet up or just go and study or grab a quick drink

A little difficult to find. Very delicious coffee. Very yummy sandwich (Mile High Club). Would definitely recommend. The nice younger lady behind the counter was awesome and helpful. I barely had time to walk from the counter to the pick up area and my sandwich was made.
