Larimer lounge is fantastic as a venue. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Bar lines move quickly and efficiently and the configuration of the venue area executes amazing music distribution. The enclosed back area for smoking is open and airy and never felt crowded, yet still echos music so you aren't missing out on the performances while you take a breather. Fully enjoyed the lounge!

Probably the best intimate music venue in Denver, and that's saying something. They always get bands that are JUST about to blow up. If you want to just be surrounded by people who love music and the band, this is the place for you. The staff here is absolutely the best too.

i love this place! i booked free tickets for a show this weekend because the first time i came was so good. such a small venue with a bunch of people trying to dance and have fun. of course there are sleezy guys and people get way too drunk but security is pretty good here. they kicked this girl out for being way too drunk and falling all over the place. they also let me back in for my keys and ID when i forgot them inside. good music and the crowd was really good too. bathrooms are up some pretty tight stairs and no security up there for the most part. be careful up there lol! other than that, great bar great venue!

It's a bit small but this works as a great after party spot in Denver. I recommend avoiding the beers they're a bit pricey, the mixed drinks/liquor is reasonably priced. Having two stages is super cool and it seems like the lineup choice is pretty diverse. The bathrooms are upstairs which is a bit weird and can get pretty cramped. I recommend ubering if you can.

First time at this venue. Very intimate setting. No seating near the stage unless special accommodations are needed (at least it appeared that way). Everything is standing room, but really not a bad “seat” in the house. Stood to the left of the stage. Thankfully people were behaving like adults by smoking drugs outside! Upstairs bathrooms: clean and maintained!). Friendly staff. Drinks are more reasonably priced than other venues (drinks could be bigger for the cost, but FAR better than @missionballrom and @balllarena). No food is served here. But there are plenty of local options. Plenty of off street parking. There is a lot next to the lounge. It does ask to pay by text. We opted to pay, but never really noticed a tow truck. Cost with fees $11.50. We’ll be coming back here for the right artists!

Intimate dive bar with great sound. It gets warm inside with everyone dancing and little fresh air. Saw Ripe, The Dip and Emma Hayes and The Hip. All three were awesome. Two bars inside and interesting mix of new show posters and old building details like the embellished ceiling. Layers of stickers abound and entertaining graffiti in the upstairs bathrooms. Lots of great places to eat nearby and street parking readily available on the Wednesday night I went. Will be back again.

The music was awesome. They only had 2 bartenders. Could have used 3. They take all the seats away after awhile. I think they should leave them in the outer room. The band room is standing/dancing room only! You will want to dance. The Lowdown Brass Band from Chicago had a unique, awesome sound that made you want to celebrate with them. This is mostly a younger crowd and that comes with specific behaviors. Definitely worth checking out. No masks being worn. No social distancing. Parking sucks. Larimer Street is closed for construction out front so you'll have to park and walk. Pretty good beer menu, drinks okay but ran out of ginger beer for Moscow Mules. Don't expect a copper cup here!!

This bar has shows! I haven't been able to see proper live music in so long! We decided to grab a drink here as we were on a waitlist for dinner somewhere else nearby bit after seeing that a show was going to be on we ended up coming back afterwards. The bar is small and they are limiting capacity due to covid which is always great to see but does mean you'd have to grab your tickets early. I do wish the drinks were a little cheaper. It would definitely encourage me to come back more often but taking it from a business owner perspective, you can only have so many people in at a time so it makes sense. I had to do a double take on my cheque when closing out the tab as it said $40 after only having 4 Coors Lights. They were happy to fix it up afterwards. A bit worrying, if I had drunk too much I would've paid regardless. It would be nice if the items purchased were on the receipt.

Good dj up front, quick bar. Good place to chill. Connected to neighboring bar, but can't enjoy both sides. Ajecent bar was full, so got pushed here. Which was fine cuz it was a good place to have a seat before hiking to my next bar. But finding out the two bar's where connected and only seporate by a red rope and a bouncer, kind of cheapened the experience. The two sides should just have the same cover and merge the groups. It would then give them two dj floors and create better flow and community.

Before 7/23/24, it’s been years since I’ve been here. Some improvements have been done, and the staff was friendly and professional. Most had been there a while, which says a-lot these days about how the owners run their business. Great to see another old school Denver business thriving..

Nice intimate space for a venue. A bit of a drive bar feel, which I like. Staff was friendly. Sound was pretty good. The rough: The bathrooms are on the second floor (yes they have an ADA one on the first, but you'll have to ask.) The place was cold. Oct 6th, and they had the air on full blast for the whole show. People had to huddle together and everyone put coats on. At one point the table-cloth of the performer's (Cosmo Sheldrake) table was flapping so much he made a comment about the strange weather in Colorado.

Great outdoor patio and live music on a Saturday afternoon. There are plenty of bubbles for safe socially distant hangouts. Nice cocktail menu and perfect way to take in the sites and sounds of RiNo.
