Just came and got some food before work. The energy felt great inside. The younger Hispanic with piercing on top of his ear( I forgot his name but think he may be manager) always is a pleasure to see. I'm only leaving four stars though because one day me and my husband came in at night and a younger black girl working their was acting very strange and kept looking at my husband in a lustful way and I did not like that and my husband laughed it off but did mention that hes too grown to have a teen staring at him like that (I'm black as well so this is not a race thing nor jealously as in I'm sure my husband was flattered lol) but long as I don't have to see her again, I will keep coming back. Great customer service, great food!

Fast food little less worse for healthy minded. I skip drinks, chips... Carbs. Like the Bowels option. Sunday noon crowd, they were pretty fast, organized.

We came at 12:30 or so on the Monday after Easter and it was slammed. Give the cashier a freaking raise! He was personable and he got pulled in several different directions and he was so kind even when literally everyone asked for sides and questions. He never once showed he was upset or anything and THAT is hard to do. Im a retail manager and that kid definitely need a raise, a free meal and a high five because he was so good!

The staff tonight did an awesome job helping my little family out. They were quick and we had a great conversation while they were making the food too. I have had trouble with certain chipotle locations but this experience reminded me why I started liking chipotle in the first place.

(Updated review) Find previous below. I haven’t gone to this Chipotle location in a while because the staff were rude, the store was unclean and somehow the food tasted like mush. I returned today to see mostly new faces, one of which, Abby, helped me out today. She was already helping another customer so I waited patiently to check on my online order. She acknowledged me and let me know that my food was going to be made next. She quickly made my food correctly while verbally attending to other management items. She asked my preference on double wrapping since the burrito ripped and gave me a suggestion on what would give me the most bang for my buck. I was so pleasantly surprised to have someone attentive even though she was busy, kind, informative, efficient and competent. Thanks Abby and her team. It’s nice to know that I can return to my local Chipotle. 2 Star Rating from 2020- Forced to go here as it is the closest Chipotle. Every experience has been poor to say the least. Consistently filthy and every staff is consistently rude. Always go to the Chipotle near DU instead. It will be worth the drive. Management, please clean up your act. You are giving Chipotle a bad name.
