It’s no secret that pizza joints are struggling with staffing. This location is no exception. They do have to use DoorDash to make deliveries from time to time. I think that is a corporate problem though, corporate doesn’t want to increase pay rates/do what they need to in order to staff better. All that said, I’ve had orders be incredibly late not because of Papa John’s but because of bad DoorDash drivers, Papa John’s has always made the effort to make right on the situation. Today my pizza was going to be late again due to DoorDash, Papa John’s called to give me a heads up, and the lady was incredibly kind and put in the effort to make things right. It’s a shame to see corporate do such a terrible job - they would rather pay DoorDash to deliver their pizza late than pay their employees well and bring in good talent. The pizza industry is going through a crisis, they’re paying all their money to big wigs who have no idea what they’re doing. First big chain to start investing in their employees stands to make a fortune.

Quoted a really long time but order was ready in about 1/3rd of the quoted time. They forgot one of my sauce cups (got the 3/$1 deal). Tons of toppings and it appears they got the extra sauce on my pizza I requested! They didn't acknowledge me right away and then left me standing there kinda awkwardly while one kid went and grabbed my sauce cup. No complaints, though!

This location is great. I had a last minute change to my order. I called and spoke with Ashley at the store. They worked to accommodate my request and were super helpful and kind! The pizza is always great every time we order. Definitely repeat customers here!

The staff was great. Sean was quick to great me. I believe their name was Brian or Brice. Hand it to me as soon as it was ready, so it was hot and fresh.

We ordered a couple of pizzas a few weeks ago and it took a while for them to be delivered. I didn’t think much of it, really didn’t mind, and never said anything or complained. I figured it’s a busy Friday night. Maybe they’re short staffed. The food was good and we were satisfied. I ended up receiving a coupon in the mail for the delay in delivery. I tried using the coupon online, but it didn’t work. Called the store and the manager fixed the problem immediately, and I also received great customer service in store when I picked up my order. I really appreciated it.

While Papa John's has never been my favorite, cause other than the garlic butter sauce it's pretty average, my opinion changed due to the INCREDIBLE customer service I received tonight from their employee Tristan!! Tristan is super friendly & really a refreshing break from all the negativity this year has brought!! Keep it up Tristan, I'll be back only cause of how awesome you are & what a great experience I had picking up my pizza!! Papa John's, if all of your employees are as exceptional with your customers as Tristan is, then you're definitely doing something right! (& if they're not, make Tristan a manager, so he can hire more likeminded individuals!!)

Got me a carry out special 7.99 2 topping with Chicken n Philly Steak.. Bbq sauce cut into squares.. Best pizza i have had in a while. Perfectly cooked generous with sauce, toppings and cheese. Yellow peppers were fresh and complimentary garlic butter was excellent. I got my pizza at 9pm 5/26/2020 and the gentlemen who helped me was very friendly and prompt. 5stars EASY! Ill be back soon!
