There are lots of non binary and trans people here and in my experience they haven’t felt unwelcome.
People are really friendly here and I always end up chatting with a few strangers.
Found this place by accident while visiting Denver for work. I walked in and was immediately welcomed and treated like a long-time regular. Met some of the nicest people on my entire visit there. Can't wait to go back.
It was pretty quiet early Monday night, but we had to leave before the comedy night started! We had a lovely time anyway though and got to meet owner Jodi at the bar. Drinks are super reasonable and delicious!
This bar is the most trans-friendly bar in the Denver area, if not the entire state. The entire staff and all the regulars will treat you like good friends. A very fun, drama-free, and safe space for everyone.
The one thing you can tell about an establishment ran by women is the cleanliness.
But even beyond that, time after time amazing service, great drinks, and soops cool events
Last night was the second time I've been to Blush &Blu. It was another fun night where I had a great time meeting new people and the staff is so sweet. Merci and Vegas took great care of us! Merci even made me her specialty drink and since it didn't have a name we named it the Merci drink, of course. I can't wait to come back and have another!!!
I love this place! And I especially love when Jupiter is there. They give me such phenomenal service every time and they are a breeze to talk to. Beautiful and a great conversationalist. I will definitely be back again and again because Jupiter gives the best service I’ve ever had!
Amazing LGBTQ+ bar with occasional shows, friendly and experienced bartenders, and a truly all-inclusive atmosphere. Drinks were DELICIOUS, I recommend the Fruit Snack shot. Def would come back.
My partner and I had a great experience at blush n blu! The staff were lovey and made our visit very memorable - shout-out to Ally and Jody! Thanks so much, we will definitely be coming back next time we're in town.

I'm a straight white man and I love this bar. The reason is because the owner and staff are so welcoming and warm, kind, and friendly. I'd rather party here or relax here then any straight bar.
I didn't eat, but the Gin & Tonic was great! The bartender was really sweet, as were the other guests. I highly recommend it for a great time.
One of the most welcoming, judgement free and fun bars I've ever been to. There really aren't nearly enough bars for queer women but this is a really good one. I had a blast dancing the night away with beautiful women and karaoke night is so much fun. The staff is very friendly and so are most of the patrons. I felt so at home.
THIS IS HOME! I don't have anything but positive things to say about Blush. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles from all of the staff! Throughout the past few months, I have made immaculate friends and family. The bartenders and staff are super aware of what's going on and make you feel beyond safe to be you! This is the safest place I've ever felt being in. They accept everyone no matter what and make genuine connections with the people who come through the doors. They have very diverse nights from poetry, burlesque shows, Latin nights, and so much more! If you need a home away from home or a home in general, this is the spot to come to!
Blush & Blu has good vibes. I ended up going in on a night they did comedy open mic night & it was alright. They had a lot of fun & fruity drinks on the menu. The bartender was kind & made great drinks. My friends & I had a good time.
I discovered this bar from the Lesbian Bar Project, and I am so happy I came when I visited Denver. I really appreciate how they have great coffee and mocktail options for the folks not interested in alcohol. I really recommend the Liz Lemon. Drinks aside, this place is so warm and welcoming, and if I lived here, I'd come a lot more often. Their karaoke night is a blast, and I can only imagine how great their other events are. Absolutely come if you're a lesbian or some other wlw, but it doesn't matter what your gender or orientation is - everyone is truly welcome. Can't wait to come again sometime!
