I really love the concept of this place. It's not fine dining obviously, but for a quick meal that won't break the bank, this is a cool spot. Now, I'm judging it solely on the BYO bowls. I can't attest for anything else, but for the bowls, it gets 5 stars! I can't tell you what my BF put in his bowl, but I can tell you, that even though the options don't include rice noodles as the base, I asked if I could sub rice noodles instead of udon noodles and the politely obliged. Yay! So I got the rice noodles with chicken, veggies and both the red and green dragon sauces as I like some heat! The red dragon sauce was a chile habanero sauce (I wasn't crazy about the taste personally) but the green dragon sauce is a serrano sauce that is DELICIOUS! The spice was awesome too! Honestly, I enjoyed it so much that I think we'll probably meet here regularly. Think of it as the Chipotle of Asian food. You really can't go wrong when you're building your own dish! Oh, and their tea selection is awesome too! They have like 4-5 different brews. I only tried the hibiscus tea, but it was perfect with my lunch. So if you want to please your palette, just go with the BYO bowl.
Very fast service, and really yummy, fresh food. I ordered the Boulder Veggie bowl with spicy-yaki sauce which I had never had before. Very good.
Food was amazing but they forgot some stuff of the veggies that I ordered.

Great food but we had trouble using the app to order online. Try the tataki salad or poke bowls!
Walked in tonight and there weren’t many customers there. That could be awkward at some places but they made me feel very welcome and walked me through the menu. Thank you so much!
Healthy delicious food in a modern minimalist fun setting!
Wonderful place to eat and enjoy healthy food. Great sushi and it's quick. No one has ever waited 30 minutes for food, that I know! If something is made incorrectly they make sure you get everything that you ask for! All you have to do is ask and everything will be made exactly how you like it!

If there's a Tokyo Joe's in whatever City I'm visiting, I ate there. I am so glad there's one that's not that far from me because I eat there all the time. It's so good. Definitely worth the money. It's not expensive and you get a good amount of food. The people are cool and the atmosphere is fantastic.
I always enjoy my meals here! You can't beat BOGO sushi rolls after 4pm on Mondays! Super healthy. Friendly staff. Lunch can be a little busy, so be prepared for a small wait or order your food ahead of time online and pick it up at your convenience!
The food tastes like any other Tokyo Joe's so that's good. The staff is very friendly. It can get quite busy during lunch time but the staff tries it's best to speed things along. Cleanliness wise, A+. I enjoy coming here on my lunches.
My first time eating here. I wasnt sure what to expect. I really enjoyed the surf and turf bowl. The sweet sauce was a little much but I did really enjoy the meal. Next time I might do the same meal without the sweet and spicy sauce.
Used to be good. Inexperienced cooks. Anyone knows when you carve a steak you cut across the grain otherwise it's stringy and tough to eat, happened twice at two locations. Also potstickers have raw pork product in them but served barely warm even after I asked for a new order. Pork needs to be cooked to 170* not even close to that temp.
The food here is excellent and all made to order. They have a huge number of options and you can be as healthy or not-so- much as you desire.
The wait here is rarely more than a few minutes and there are plenty of places to sit. If you are here in the warmer part of the year, seating outside is great for people watching.
