Been here often every time I visit Lancaster (Buffalo). Great service all around and a very friendly staff. Only thing is, I have consistently not been told my order total when going to the Drive-Thru, leaving me wondering what my total is until I get to the window. Not a mark of good quality. Otherwise, I have only good things to say about this Tim Hortons, and Tim Hortons in general (which are EVERYWHERE in NY).
This is a very friendly Tim Hortons. Ev, who took our order was wonderful! She made sure we had what we ordered. Our morning stop for coffee was enjoyable. Tim Hortons has a true gem with Ev !!! she is a sweetheart ! 🧡
