Awesome variety of products from coffee to make up to fresh foods and herbs. They're very helpful and patient people with a good bit of knowledge about their products. Iove the essential oils and herbal teas. They have reasonable prices and will order most things if it's not in stock.
The customer service is so friendly and helped me so much. They have a wide variety of different healthy foods you otherwise would not find in our small town. The coffee is also very good and they were fantastic with all 5 of my children.
Teresa is an excellent massage therapist and was the nicest and most professional of the staff there. She was helpful, kind, and great at what she does.
The smoothies are fabulous and you have plenty of options to choose from! (The yellow polka dot bikini is my favorite..)
