We’ve been here several times and the food has always been excellent! Today we each had a crab cake, Ana? potatoes and a salad and everything was delicious. Dessert was cheesecake and it was amazing. Our server Tom was really terrific! The food never disappoints! In my opinion, the decor is what desperately needs to be updated and refreshed.

Great quality of food. Excellent meat and fish board for you to pick from before you order. Excellent steak and scallops. Seemed like vegetables weren't really thought about or used on the menu that we saw or ordered from. Excellent service. The white stuff was tentative and food came out quickly right after the salad. The building is more nostalgia for us, however it seems to need a slight update or decor.

The food has a lot of flavor. Don’t expect the interior to be fancy like the outside. It gave me log cabin vibes. It is an old building so you do get that sense when you dine-in. The bread was a bit basic for an upscale restaurant. We ordered 2 entrees and an appetizer with no alcohol beverages & our food (before gratuity) was $150+. For that price, the bar is raised higher when it’s an evening date and you have to make reservations. 5/5 start are for the meals. The crab cake is $19 for only 1. The server said it was full of crab so I was just a bit disappointed that it didn’t have what I was expecting…but inflation is crazy and I’m sure it was imported. The serving staff was friendly and made some great recommendations.

I pass this place daily and I’m not sure why I haven’t been here more often. This might be the best seafood I’ve had in St. Louis. Everything was prepared perfectly. We tried the crab cake, grouper special, and salmon…everything was delicious! Would highly recommend this place for any occasion!

Jeff our server was attentive and fun. He’s a real pro. Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious! We had raw oysters that were super fresh and shrimp tempura as an appetizer. Ribeye and Lobster Tail for dinner and Chocolate Mousse for dessert! The whole meal was fantastic!

We had a group of 44! Great Christmas party. The service, food, and atmosphere were wonderful. We do this every year and the management is very easy to work with for planning.

Excellent experience, great food and service. Tom was incredibly attentive and the food was the best I have had outside of New York. We just recently moved from Tampa and this place rivals Bern’s; the food is as good, if not better, and easier to get a reservation. The carpeting reminded me of Florida…loved it! We found our “go to” at Surf and Sirloin.

Old school vibe with great service! Loved the oysters Rockefeller, Greek salad and the cod. The salmon and asparagus were great, too. Perfect spot for a Father’s Day celebration.

We had our anniversary dinner there, ordered toasted raviolli, steak, chicken piccata, and kids chicken strips. The service was great, we enjoyed our drinks as well. My husband asked for a cocktail that wasn't on the menu and the bartender made it without any issues. The fish tank with real corrals is a very nice touch, the place seems to be well maintained. $170 with 20% tip for two appetizers, two adults and one kids meal with 3 cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.

We went today for lunch to celebrate our anniversary. Our server was great. We were able to get oysters Rockefeller, although they’re on the dinner menu. Delish! The chef made sure to make it happen… thank you, holindaise was superb! I got lamb… so good! Wife got filet and lobster. Manager and chef (came to our table) recognized the lobster was small and gave us a free dessert. Great customer service!

We had a great experience for my husbands birthday dinner. The food was fantastic all around. Our server Cassandra was amazing and went above and beyond. At the end of the night we were fumbling around with the cash at the table and must have dropped some money. She found an extra $20 bill and came out to the parking lot to find us and return it. She also refused to keep it as an extra tip for being so honest. I felt it was a such an amazing gesture. We would have never even noticed that we dropped it . It’s refreshing at this day and age. We will definitely be returning.

The food was delicious! We had an amazing waitress that was attentive, knowledgeable, and personable! The atmosphere was cool and relaxing. The prices were about what you would expect from a seafood restaurant, however, the three of us got away with a bill that wasn't too outrageous. I would definitely recommend giving this establishment a try! You won't be disappointed!

My wife and I both had a plant based meal with the chef's assistance. He came out and suggested that he could fix a meal with tofu and veggies. It was the nicest plant based meal we have ever had. Fried tofu and sauteed veggies. We also added a greek salad without feta. It was a wonderful meal. They also brought out olive oil for the bread. You might have to talk to the chef to get this, but it's worth it.
