I went today for lunch since there isn't a Jersey Mikes near where I live, and they were so awesome about it being my first time! The lady who made my sandwich was patient and understanding, and I felt so welcomed! The guy who checked me out was excellent too! I loved the staff, and the sandwich was super good too! I would drive the 25 minutes to return just for those two! Went above and beyond to make my experience a little more comfortable and just that much more enjoyable! Thank you for the wonderful first time and sandwich! :D

My first time here today with my mom for lunch. IT WAS SOOOOOO GOOD.🔥🔥 I got the "Big Kahuna Cheese Steak" w/ chipotle mayo. They prepare your food fresh and fast. The staff is also super awesome and friendly. I will definitely return and spread the word! I mean what more could you ask for with food like this? Good customer service goes a long way. On 3/19 around 2:15pm, I received the best customer service by 2 young men. Attentive, kind, pleasant, and very professional. Ordered a mini #7, Mike's Way, with a touch cherry relish. My...my...my...is all I can say! Loved every bite!!
Might be my new go-to sandwich place. After a horrific Subway experience when they forgot to cook my bacon, I was told that Jersey Mike’s does bacon right. Well, they sure do! I got the club and the bacon was crispy and delicious.
I took one star off because they forgot my cookies in my DoorDash pickup order (I had to ask for them after I noticed they were missing) and because they don’t have as varied a selection as a place like WhichWich.
I had an issue with the mayonnaise on a sub of mine a few days ago and I came into get it replaced. I came in however I forgot my receipt, I explained what happened and the manager was very kind, polite and professional. He remade my order without issue. Management was very pleasant and the staff was friendly.

I would say shrinkflation has hit Jersey Mike's. Everything was good but it seemed slightly skimpier than usual, might have just been that day I'm not sure. Honestly I always feel like they hustle hard and make your food quick but it always seems like it takes along time to actually go through the checkout process there. To me they must care about their staff though because there's always plenty of crew even during their slower times.
I mean, is Jersey Mike's ever bad? As always, great food.
This was my first visit to a Jersey Mike’s and I was not disappointed. Sandwich places are my favorite fast food places, and Jersey Mike’s is now at the top of my list. Not only was the food great, but so was the service. I told the man that greeted me I had never been before, so he gave me two free cookies (one for me and one for my wife that I was getting a sandwich for too).
Pros: great food, great service
Cons: why didn’t I get the larger sandwich? 🤷♂️
Wish there were more around. First time here & it was really good! I had the Chipotle Cheesesteak & my wife had the regular cheesesteak. Very flavorful! My only complaint was there were just a few too many pieces of gristle. I pulled 5 or 6 pieces of really hard, unchewable hunks of something out of my mouth. I mean whatever it was almost felt like biting into rocks, but I kept eating it 😂 I'll be back soon to try something else!
This is the best sandwich shop I've been to in my life. The big kahuna is to die for. Total quality ingredients and nice staff. My new favorite spot
First time visiting Jersey Mike’s. I had the regular size (7.5”) Philly cheesesteak and was very impressed! It was LOADED with meat and had great flavor. The fact that they grill their meat to order makes all the difference. The staff was very friendly and even offered a cookie to everyone in my family since it was our first visit. Great food, great service!!

Good sandwiches. A decent variety. Seems like mostly shaved meat style. His place has without a doubt the friendliest staff I've encountered at a sandwich shop. They talked to us enough to find out it was our first time and gave us some freebies. Obviously can't expect that every time, but we felt like welcome and appreciated customers.
I liked the sandwich I ordered so much the first time I visited, that I've gotten the same thing every time: turkey breast and provolone with tomatoes and lettuce (no onions). Lots of red wine vinegar and olive oil, and even more rosemary. These sandwiches are huge - even the "mini" (half-cut) sandwich is very generous.
Never ever been let down here. Always consistently delicious with friendly representatives.
