The cashier today, April 13, at approximately 6:35am, gave me a counterfeit $5 bill. I would like to know how I can this problem resolved.
Edit: The store manager Yolanda helped me resolve today’s issue quickly and peacefully. After some calls, she gave me actual change and apologized for this problem. She was kind and respectful the entire time.

The employees are outgoing and friendly and helpful.
7-11 has an App, how I use the App is located on my
Cell phone.
I gently place phone on countertop and have
the employees scan the Barcode.
Sometimes I have forgotten to bring in my phone.
When, that happens I can manually put the my number
In a computer screen and registers my account. It’s located by the registers.
My 7-11’s food is always fresh and smells delicious.
I remembered the slogan for 7-11, back in day.

I was here at the busiest time. Maria the clerk was all alone. Yes I had to wait, but this girl was moving right along and kicking butt. She must be new because I never seen her here before and I'm a regular. Great customer service Maria...
My experience here was great, I just got a big water and was out fast and it was nice and cold after a good walk so that was refreshing and luckily they had accepted Apple Pay since at the moment I didn't have any other money on me. Overall, I'd highly recommend it here and would come again if I am ever in the area.

Staff are. Efficient, professional and friendly. I enjoy going in each time I do. I wish they have to pizza on sell like a couple years ago
I love my local 7 eleven. I live on the same street ,and its so nice to have a store in walking distance. The staff is friendly and professional.Very clean and well stocked...thet will cook you up one of their large pizzas for only $5..Must see if in the area.
Had a fall out with the people there but it was my fault and they contined to be nice to me. Im gratefull for that. Everyone in this store is awesome
Staff is polite, & courteous. Open 24 hours, this is conveniently located across the street from Miracle Springs Spa resort.
