Oh how I do so enjoy a well run Jack in the Box! And this one is a winner π π₯ forsure. Very clean establishment and grounds. No tash or debree in the parking lot or building side as well as no yucky oders on premises. Very professional and friendly staff members and well constructed burgers and delicious hot fries. I give them 2 thumbs ππ»ππ» up.
Female and male separate indoor bathrooms,Fairly clean toilet and with a disability booth. Food was good and clean tables. Inside door that leads to a truckstop store. Right next to a bus stop for desert Palm Springs.
Waiting in drive thru for at least 10 minutes....only ti get home and ALL 3 orders Of chicken wings were supposed to be regular and every order with spicy. I only think correct in our order was the French fries not even the drinks were correct.
This is one of the places in DHS that accepts EBT SNAP BENEFITS/PROVIDERS. You can now get whatever you want at this Jack in the box with EBT.
Customer service at this place was very attentive. Very nice employees and great service.
Food food was hot and fresh good service.... I used to work for this Jack in the box and was told by HR I could have my job back after I healed from an injury now I'm being told that the manager Anthony is not allowed to answer my phone calls and to tell me they are not hiring... I'm saying it on a review because I'm making it publicly known that I feel discrimination is going on at this particular Jack in the box.. try to reach Betty the general manager and was told she is the one that said don't hire me... Got me a lawyer it's the principle behind it... Taking food out of the mouths of my family and mine.
Not much of a fast food person, but I do want to enjoy it, when I do. Jack in the Box has really stepped up their game. The food is good, I remember since I was young I enjoyed their food, and now with new style of bread and fries, it is even better. And some of those new Chicken burgers, are really good.
And even understaffed, you can see their hard effort to try to please the customer. Friendly staff.

The reason we love Jack in the Box is because it has a wide variety of menu items, the service is fast and friendly. The menu price overall would be from affordable to intermediate prices
My favorite fast food place of all. Love the three-piece egg roll, Jumbo Jack with cheese, and the tacos. Still a great value compared to most

Friendly service and committed employees. Appreciate them being their during this pandemic. It was nice because you can either drive-thru or walk inside. They have clean bathrooms attached to a gas station so pretty convenient. The only thing I didnβt like was they had that 1 soda machine that dispenses all the self service soda in Jack in the Box, so that becomes a bit backed up.
This has been my favorite Jack in the Box franchise since 2017. In recent times, my opinion of this franchise has still been great & the food is also awesome. I love Jack in the Box so much!
