My husband and I wanted to try something new so we went here one Friday night. The food and the service were AMAZING! I had the Wagyu Strip Steak and he had the Red Dragon Roll and Nigiri. The garlic herb butter that topped the steak made the cut-it-with-your-fork tender and gave the best flavor. My husband said the sushi was some of the best he has ever had and the eel sauce was amazing. We had Lobster Truffle Rangoon as an appetizer, which was also delicious. We won't hesitate to go back. A little pricey, but worth it. The atmosphere was quiet and, while there was music playing, it was soft enough that you could have actual dinner conversation. Would be an ideal first date or celebratory dinner spot. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

I Went here for dinner had a delicious meal I started with the spring roll, they were about average. The chef choice had perfectly cooked steak and chicken. The spider rolls I had were okay not super impressed they we’re still good but Nothing to brag about. Definitely took advantage of their happy hour! Recommend you get the dragon punch especially if you like rum.

You wouldn’t think an Irish pub chain would have good Japanese food, but this is the best and most authentic sushi I’ve had for a long time. Great cocktails too. Our server, Anthony, was attentive, friendly, and professional. Great date spot too. Worth every penny!

As a local, I go frequent here quite often. Anthony is always a pleasure. But this time around Victoria, made my order and she was absolutely amazing. Loved conversing with her. Was some of the best sushi I’ve had in the 3 plus years I’ve been coming to Mcguires sushi!

Best sushi I've ever had and I eat it at the least, 2-3 times a week. Sushi Chef has the palette figured out and what pairs perfectly together. Go off menu and have some fun with his creativity! It's so worth it! All the staff was fantastic and a lot of fun. The young gentleman behind the bar made great suggestions and wonderful service. Let him surprise you with one of his drink suggestions! Food was beautiful! We enjoyed our experience there so much!

The food was absolutely delicious but what stood out to me most was the service from our waiter! He was everything you’d want in a waiter and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great lunch in every aspect. I would absolutely recommend this place 10/10!

We stopped here for a drink after Vinney’s Pizza. We got the Dragon punch which was delicious. The bartender/waitress (Jordan) was great! We will definitely be going back to try food next time.

Wanted to try out the sushi. We walked in on a Friday evening at about 630. No wait. (It is off season). Ordered the Dragon Punch (rum drink) and it was pretty good. Had edamame as appetizers. That was a pretty good serving size. We couldn’t finish it. She ordered the chefs choice (wagyu filet and chicken) and I ordered Yellowtail Sunrise roll and the Tsunami Roll. She really enjoyed her food. Kept asking me if I wanted some of the filet because she really liked it. I also enjoyed my two rolls. They were a lot bigger than I was expecting but I’m not complaining. Both rolls packed so much flavor in every bite. We enjoyed it so much that we already said we are definitely coming back to try the other menu items. I forgot our servers name but he was attentive and came back at the right times to check on us. The rest of the staff were also very friendly. Definitely recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality. Service was great. Outdoor seating was available. We asked the server what she recommended, and she told us about the Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris rolls, both of which are not on the regular menu. They were delightful. The house ginger salad is larger and more substantial than wheat is offered at most sushi places. Cucumber roll was large and fresh. Presentation was nice. The sushi rice was a little on the cool side, if you’re a sushi aficionado (it really should be room temperature), but otherwise out meal hit the spot. We will surely stop here again on our way out of Destin in the future.

Very mediocre Sushi and Waygu (if that is what it is- it didnt' taste like Waygu, and the filet we ordered did not taste like a filet) but for Destin it's a great option...not crowded at all, great decor, great service. Not a very large selection of sushi. Spider rolls were fine, sashimi was very good quality and reasonably priced, it was actually the highlight of the meal and some of the best tuna I've had. Won't blow you away of you're a sushi lover (or a steak lover) but it's a great place to have dinner in Destin.

Really amazing sushi with wonderfully balanced flavors. Highly recommend the Tuna Rage, Tsunami, and Bruce Lee rolls! The miso soup and ginger salad were very nice to start as well. Our waitress Allison was awesome. Already planning another date night next week!

The overall ambiance was pretty cool. My waitress was very friendly, attentive and informative. She suggested I try their special "Snapper Roll" and it did not disappoint! Very fresh, delicious and wonderfully presented. Some of the best sushi I have ever had, easily! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

When we were in the mood for sushi and my husband suggested McGuire’s I was very skeptical. But I definitely did not need to be - this place is phenomenal! It’s a legit sushi bar that’s separate from the Irish pub. Everything we had was really excellent. We started with edamame, which was perfectly cooked. Between myself, my husband, and my brother-in-law we had 5 rolls. In the picture with 3 rolls are (front to back) the crunchy shrimp roll, the rainbow roll, and the Destin roll. In the picture with two rolls are (front to back) the dragon skin roll and the California roll. The we all agreed that the dragon skin roll was the best, but again everything was fantastic. I would definitely go back and absolutely recommend!
