Each time I've been to the Rattlesnake, it has been a stellar experience. Last night, our server Kristen was friendly, efficient and accommodating! In the past we had Brandon and he is also top notch. In other words, no matter who is waiting, you won't be disappointed.
As for the food, it is delicious! I had the scallops and they were perfect. Everyone enjoyed their meals and beverages as well.
I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone wanting a memorable evening with delicious food and great atmosphere.
Everything we ordered was a treat for our palate's. The perch was fabulous, tasted baked but Brandon our waiter said fried in clarified butter,yummy. My husbands rib eye was ordered medium rare,we split our dinners. He liked the steak but for me was to way to rare ,slight char an almost raw,I ate some but the middle to rare for me. Perch 4 good size pieces, mashed seasoned potatoes with a bird nest of potatoes fried on top. Side's grilles asparagus an Mac cheese very good. We took home enough for a another dinner. They also gave us both flour less chocolate cake with Happy Birthday in chocolate on plate. Service was every good. We'll be back,although not inexpensive, but we feel for this type of dinning very fair prices.
Our son and daughter in law just held their wedding at The Rattlesnake on Saturday, Aug 5th. From the ceremony along the water, to the appetizers on the patio area and then into the reception hall, everything was top notch. Michelle was the one who helped them with all of their planning, and she too, was wonderful. I truly have never received so many compliments on such a fabulous evening. Thank you to the staff. Your friendliness and superb service was very much appreciated. Thankfully, everyone who attended and those in the wedding, now have a lifetime of great memories!!!
Food was very good, service was excellent , my wife was vegan and they provide food for her in short notice . Will definitely recommend the place and will come back to bring my friends over for a dinner.
I took a date here for Detroit Restaurant Week and was not disappointed. The hostess was very friendly and seated us promptly. The food was fantastic and worth the price we paid for the three course meal. The service fairly quick while also being unobtrusive enough to talk without a waiter interrupting you every 3 minutes.
Absolutely amazing food, great and fast service! This place never disappoints even after 10 years!! Love this place!
We loved The Rattlesnake for our wedding day! The venue is gorgeous and really accommodating for indoors or outdoors. We were married outside on the river! It was beautiful and our guests raved about it. The food was of course all we hoped for and more. I highly recommend the venue, the photos turned out gorgeous. It's the perfect romantic setting for a wedding and your guests. So many cute little places for a romantic walk at night.

I thought the halibut was fantastic. There was no bread and it was perfectly done. The risotto was a great side too. Thank you for the server who recommended it. I’m sorry, but I think her name was Lisa.
Calamari, shrimp, and clam chowder soup was delicious with a lovely bottle of red wine. The staff was superb with service and just enough checking in to ensure a great dining experience. I truly enjoyed the evening.
