I gave them five stars based on there service today 2/3/22 My husband and I waited patiently for our food, we were very happy how fresh it was and nice and hot we could see inside and it was nice and clean go white castle go you step your game up!!!!!!!

Food was ok. Went through the drive thru the cashier just kept asking "is that it" not giving me a chance to finish saying what I wanted to order. Get home and there is no ketchup nor mustard on any of my burgers and I ordered fifteen of them🙄.
