Really Good. I eat lunch here all the time; it is my first choice for a healthy lunch downtown. The hummus is really good, wraps are great - my favorite is the chicken and tabbouli wrap. The only negative is that when it gets busy, the wait times can be pretty long (15 mins or so). Also the lining up can be a jumbled mess because of the way it is laid out - no one seems to know where to line up to order and then wait after they order. But if you go either before or after the main lunch rush, it is quick and easy. Highly recommended.
Today on the Bite Tonight: CK Mediterranean Grille Located on Monroe just blocks away from Greektown in Downtown Detroit is CK Mediterranean Grille. It was a co-worker’s birthday and for lunch, the office pitched in to score their catering lunch deal. It was awesome! Catering came with: Steak and Chicken Kabobs Steak and Chicken Shawarma Grilled Chicken Breast Fattoush Salad Hommus Rice Falafel Garlic sauce and pita bread Onions and pickled veggies! Everything was delicious! The thing I love about CK Grille is that you always get huge portion sizes. From soups, salads, sandwiches and wraps, Mediterranean favorites and entrees, and a juice bar, you can’t go wrong. They offer delicious healthy options that suits any craving.
