This is my favorite Dunkin in the area, between Oswego & Onondaga counties. I have been going to this location for over a year now. I can only recall once that they gave me the wrong order and they had that fixed in about a minute. The employees remember your name when you’re a regular which is sweet (even when I got a new car!). I recently discovered some food intolerances & the staff have been amazingly patient explaining what’s in the syrups etc. Plus their drinks are actually consistent from this location!

Like to go there in the morning on my days off from work. It is a good time going there and met some nice people there to talk to about different things. The staff knows my order when I go there and that is very nice. They have a good variety of food and drinks to choose from. I might try something else ever so often but mostly I have been getting around the same items. Would recommend this place to everyone and it is clean inside and out. Parking lot is a good size and it even has shade because of the big trees that run alongside the parking lot.
It's a dunkin', you really can't ask for much. They are my favorite and most reliable in the area.

I stopped into Dunkin for a Mocha Macchiato, which I ordered ahead of time in the Dunkin donuts app on my phone. The coffee was ready & waiting for me when I arrived!
It was pretty clean, and the service was what you'd expect from the generation. One person helps you and the other ignore you. Kinda funny. They stirred the coffee, though so that's a win.
Drive through order of coffees, donuts and new breakfast taco. Very good.

I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich which I hadn't had before. It was really good. My only gripe would be that the sandwich wasn't crispy the bread got very soggy. It tasted great though.
When I was there it was around lunch time and I went through the drive through. The lone was quite long but it went pretty quickly. The girls at the frive through window did great. Part of my order was missing and the girl quickly apologized and got it for me.
I asked for 3 almond milk and they only gave me one. They said it was because each extra almond milk squirt was 75 cents more. I am aware of this and told her I like it that way because it cools off my tea. She just repeated what she had said. I am aware of the extra cost and willing to pay it. I order it that way all the time. I don't understand why they won't give me what I ordered. I wasn't willing to sit and argue with her as there was a long line behind me.
