We used Kevin (and he came with Deidre to assist) for a Bachelorette Party in the Pocono's. We had 13 girls to plan for, and Kevin was super helpful, understanding, and flexible throughout the entire process. One girl dropped out last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, and it was not an issue for him. We also had a change in venue as our original Airbnb got canceled.. it was super stressful for us finding a new one but Kevin just said to let him know and he'd make it work wherever we ended up. He helped us plan the perfect menu and the food was literally amazing! Every single girl at the party raved about it, everyone was satisfied and nobody had a single negative thing to say (can't say I've ever party planned for 13 girls and had that happen!). Kevin and Deidre were also super professional, cleaned up every last dish, and also fun to have around! I attached some photos of our yummy food.. I would use Kevin again in a heartbeat for a party if I lived closer! If I'm ever back in the area, I will. I highly recommend his services - you won't be disappointed.
What a fantastic experience. Kevin and Deidre did an exceptional job providing NYE apps and dinner. We were a party of 8 and wanted to treat ourselves to something special. The food was delicious, perfectly prepared. Kevin and Deirdre are so fun, super friendly and we will absolutely reach out again when we return to the area!!

AMAZING. Absolutely worth the price. His food is so wholesome and delicious, all clean ingredients. Everything tasted better than restaurant quality. He arrived on time and cleaned up the entire kitchen after himself. 11/10. We had him come out and cater my bachelorette weekend in the Poconos, a party of 8. He catered to our friend that had a gluten allergy as well as my sister who is a vegetarian.

He prepared and presented a delicious three course dinner for our bachelorette weekend at a vacation rental home. Throughout the planning process, he was engaged, responsive and creative in his menu suggestions. He was able to cater to our group’s food preferences and dietary restrictions. The night of our dinner, he and his assistant were friendly and professional and provided us with a truly spectacular meal and left the kitchen spotless. Kevin is an incredible chef! He’s been to our home for 2 dinner parties, and I expect their will be many more! While planning, choosing menu’s he is responsive and easy to work with. Upon arrival Kevin brings everything needed, food, pans, and he is very personable. The food is phenomenal! The champagne scallops my favorite! To top it off the kitchen is clean when he leaves. - no mess! I would give Top Water Chef 10 stars !!
We had an amazing family dinner thanks to Kevin! We were renting a house in the Poconos and wanted a fancy dinner one evening. Kevin was super responsive and professional in making that a reality! He built us a customized menu based on requests, was able to accommodate a picky eater, and was quick to respond to all of my questions. He showed up on time and came with everything needed to cook a delicious meal, so we had nothing to worry about. Our meal was DELICIOUS - great quality and great value for the price. He handled all of the clean up and was a pleasure to have. I'd highly recommend Top Water Cooking for any chef needs!

I hired Kevin for my mother in laws surprise 65th birthday dinner. He was beyond professional and accommodating. That night he brought Deidre and they were both wonderful. We had a large group complete with kids who enjoyed the meal with us. Not only did they provide a fantastic meal but also walked us through each course with info about the ingredients, the kids included! Would definitely recommend him and look forward to booking him again in the future!
