Best Chinese food in Dover. Don't fall for the newest "chain" these guys are the standard for a reason. They are great, consistent, and yummy.
Very good and very fast. I wish they had some additional unique dishes because most places in Dover have the same thing. This restaurant makes it taste better than the other restaurants. They have been around for a long time and they care about the customers experience. Give them a try.
We like going here. Food is always good and over the years we have had only one problem and they fixed it. Love the fried wontons in garlic sauce.
My go to Chinese restaurant. Great food, decent prices. Only downfall is it has very little dine in room.
Great food! Best Chinese in Dover! Be sure to try the steamed vegetable dumplings and steamed Buddhist delight on "for health food" menu. Ask for hot oil if you like it hot and spicy!!

Best in Dover!. Happy Fortune is hands down the best chinese stop in Dover. I just ordered delivery from them, and I honestly believe it was quicker than going through a fast food drive thru. The food is excellent. I always get shrimp meals, because the shrimp is huge and tasty! If you like spicy & shrimp I would suggest Shrimp & Scallop with garlic sauce or Shrimp Hunan.
My Go-To Place. I have had problems eating at so many different Chinese restaurants over the years. NEVER with Happy Fortune! Everything I have tried I have loved. I usually have the General Tso's Chicken and I request they make it more mild. It is always delicious and I love both the pork fried rice and shrimp fried rice with it. If I lived closer; I'd eat there more often. I try to get there whenever I'm on that side of town. When I worked nearby we ate there regularly.
Best Chinese in Dover! Everything I've tried is delicious and they will make your dish to order (extra hot, add peanuts, etc.) I highly recommend.
3/5 Star - Fast Food Chinese. Nice people, Nice food... can't really understand why or what I'm reviewing here. This is probably one of the better fast food chinese restaurants in town tho.
