Marcus was our server, and he was very attentive and informative. The Aussie rum punch was delicious. The steak tender and flavorful along was 4 shrimp on the barbie. My husband had the new meatloaf dinner which he said was really good with a spicy sauce. Alll in all a great dinner out. It was starting to get a bit crowded around 5:30 though.

I'm from out of town so placed a to go order online for curbside pickup. Everything was delicious. Prepared correctly. I did request flatware but did not receive it. Which is a huge issue as I'm at a hotel.
A bit difficult to eat a steak, salad, and baked potato without any flatware.... luckily I'm not in front of people as I pick up my steak with my hands and ate it like a burger....
I did find a coffee stir stick (idk what they're called) in my room so I cut the potato and was hoping it would be sturdy enough to use like a knife... it wasn't, so I called on my inner toddler and ate it with my hands.
As for the salad... I tried dipping the lettuce but that was taking forever, so I gave up on the salad.
Broke the bread in half and just ate it like that. No problem with that (again I'm not around people. Lol)
Also got the Mac and Cheese bites. They were pretty good. Definitely meant to use your hands. Could use more pasta but good overall.
Overall I'd do it again (with flatware....).
Service was fast and easy to pick up
We had a great anniversary dinner. We were there on a Tuesday night and Mike was our server. He was so nice and was there throughout our meal, making sure everything was okay. His attitude and demeanor were great. He was always there even before we could think of asking for anything. The food came out quickly and was perfect, although the bloomin onion seems to be getting a bit smaller as the years go by. I would definitely recommend this location for a great night out, like ours was.
Sarah was very kind at the bar helping with our little one who was out of milk - went to the back and got her a cup on the house even though we expected to pay - very helpful kind gesture that reflects the culture of this location to serve
A family gathering celebrated my mom's birthday The food was great everyone enjoyed themselves.
Great time and good food. I love that I can always get both stake and seafood combo. Either with shrimp or lobster.
It's been a while since I have been to Outback Steakhouse the food was just ok for me, But Ben the Server and Bar Tender was AWESOME! In Chicago for a couple of days trying different restaurant, if I have time.🙏🏽
Ate at the bar. The bartender was friendly and pretty attentive. I ordered Caesar salad, queso & steak dip, French Onion Soup, prime rib, with a loaded bake potato. All of the food came out quickly and hot. I ordered a wallaby darn which was also delicious. The food was good as well.
We couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised with the staff and the value for our money. I had the steak and shrimp. Which was very generous and cooked to my specifications. My wife had something else. We both had a drink. And the bill was less than a $100. I don't know how they keep the doors open at this prices. It was absolutely a pleasant surprise all around. Furthermore, we should not have been surprised that we had to wait to get a table. But this type of quality and pricing, I'm guessing many of these people will repeat customers. I should note that I have not been to this particular restaurant in probably 25 years. But will definitely be back.
Tim was a great server. Went on a Saturday night so we did wait 25 minutes although they text when table is ready. Ordered my steak rare it was great. Wife ordered a burger and it was awesome as well.
Good service. Food is great. They have gluten free options so we always go back at least once a month.
The food and our server Mike was fantastic. The TV was too loud. It drowned out our conversation.

It was a nice dinner but not out of the ball park. We had to ask the waiter for drinks after we arrived and waited about 15 minutes. Of course I ordered steak. I ordered it medium and it was over cooked, my side was mashed potatoes and it was a very small serving. My friend ordered a sweet potato and it was so tiny we laughed! I felt it was on the high end for the food and service we received.
We had a wonderful experience eating at the Downer Grove location. Our server, Tim, was amazing! He was attentive, kind and had a great personality. The food was delicious as well. We will definitely be back to this location.
Came on a Saturday night, right at 7pm, only a 20 to 25 minute wait. Happened to find a table right away by the bar that was first come first serve, go us! Our Server Marcus greated us shortly after. He was Super nice and and very helpful with my indecisiveness. While we we're waiting, Victor the owner came over to introduce himself and see how we were doing, which was good! I've never seen a more active and hands on manager/owner before. We watched him sweep, great, seat and clean. Food came out hot and on point, i couldn't be more impressed with my entire experience!! Will definitely be coming back and sharing my experience.
