Wow! We had a fantastic family meal here tonight. Our server Sarah M went above and beyond to make sure our special dietary needs were met, and served our meals with so much joy. It's so obvious she loves what she does, and is an amazing asset to the restaurant. Thank you to manager Marvin for stopping by to check in. We enjoyed Salmon, all you can eat soup and salad, chicken Parmigiano, and pasta with shrimp and chicken, all prepared to perfection. PS we loved the sound track!
We were shopping around the area and wanted to stop by for lunch. We were greeted and seated .
Served with warm bread sticks to start off , we always are a fan of their breadsticks, being super hungry all were gone before they took the order for main course.
We went with spinach and artichoke dip for apetizer, then eggplant parmigiana and Alfredo fettuccine for main course. While ordering the server asked the question is it a lunch portion . Boy o boy I am glad he asked that and we said yes !!
Spinach and artichoke was done perfectly and the chips that came with that was the highlight and we enjoyed it.
Eggplant parmigiana was the best of all dishes we had would try that anytime there.
Alfredo fettuccine was perfectly done too

Amazing customer service from our waitress. Came on Saturday night wasn't too packed food was nice and hot. No mistakes with our order, completely perfect everything tasted amazing. No complaints highly recommend to go back, first time we were ever there. We normally go to the wyomissing location but we prefer to come here now.
Overall nice atmosphere. When it came to dessert our waitress made an honest mistake with our order, nothing too egregious. The shift manager Jackie came over and took care of fixing everything for us and was kind enough to give us a price adjustment for the inconvenience. Took care of us with a smile the whole time. Go Jackie!
Shawn's(supervisor) was very friendly and kind to is when we arrived at Downingtown Pennsylvania's Olive Garden our (waitress) Emily gave us outstanding customer service from when we first sat down at our table, to when we left. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and made sure that we had our food in a timely manner. And our food was hot from when we began to eat to when we finished.
Service was amazing. Young, friendly staff who was very attentive. Food was good as usual and prices were very reasonable. We didn't have to wait at all to get a table.
My family and I have visited this restaurant twice in the last few weeks and had two great experiences. Primarily because the awesome service we received from our server Joe. Joe is attentive, prompt, and hilarious. We looking forward to visiting again.
Food was good, the service was great, and the wait was only 10 minutes. Although it felt like 5 minutes. We had a party of 3. We had a great dinner experience.
