Excellent food and excellent service. I've been here twice for breakfast. They have great eggs, cornmeal pancakes, scrapple, French toast, and everything else. Prices are very reasonable everything under $10. I have great specials on the board. Nice expensive lunch menu. Just enough and not too much. Both times I was here, the place was packed to the gills. That's how you know you found a good place. Will definitely recommend this place.
The best place for breakfast...period. The Breakfast Specials are always unique and inventive. If you can't find anything you like on the Specials a good stand by is the Eggs Benedict...the best I've ever had. The staff is always super friendly and efficient. I love this place!

The best way to experience CKD is with friends and family that like to explore (and share) the specials. After a week of Danish Bleu offerings, Saturday's specials featured an amazing Johnny Depp omelet, with the John Popper omelet coming in a close second. The pumpkin apple pecan cranberry waffle was the best I've ever tasted. If you like apples, now is your season!
Great food! Funky, nostalgic atmosphere. Awesome personable professional staff. Reasonable prices. Never had a bad meal there! I live in the Lehigh Valley and it is well worth the drive. Wished I lived closer.....
Best breakfast!! This is our favorite diner to go to. We live about 30 minutes away but drive here every few weeks for breakfast. Always the best specials and the workers are so friendly!!

Our fave diner hands down. Nothing else compares. Their eggs are always done perfect..( never over done or browned I hate that) local fresh ingredients and the staff is quick and super polite!
Hands down, BEST diner ever! Food is SO delicious. I always say this diner should be on the tv show Diner, Drive-ins and Dives. I highly recommend the eggs benedict.
What a little gem of a place. The imaginative specials are not to be found anywhere else, like raspberry honey crisp oatmeal pancakes. Omelettes that are amazing.
It is above and beyond. A diner feel with unique 5 star fresh, delicious changing menu items at all times. Amazing really. Not to mention the staff, that works as a team and is as friendly as it is professional.
Excellent food and customer service. My friend and I told our waitress we were splitting food and she served it already split up 👌🏻Always an enjoyable experience!

Our all-time favorite local breakfast/brunch location. Always a great meal, fantastic specials, farm to table, and a fun-loving staff who make you feel like family. I don't have a single bad thing to say. If you're on the fence about trying it, don't be. GO.

Best Diner in the Area. It's really the best breakfast to be had in this area. The standards are there, but look to the chalk board for the specials -- they are always the best bets. Service is always running their butts off, keeping things moving.
Best Scrambled Eggs. My family loves the Cross Keys Diner. Fast service, food comes quick so the kids dont go insane waiting. The food is great tasting. Lots of daily specials to choose from. The scrambled eggs are the best I have ever had. Busy on weekends but the line moves quick.

the diner is really cute and casual, we didn’t have to wait to be sat, and the staff is all really friendly. the service was fast and when we ordered our waitress asked if we were sharing (we were), and when she brought the food out she’d had the kitchen split both entrees in half on separate plates which was great. the food we ordered came out quickly and was excellent! the only negative was the water - it had a mildewy smell and taste to the point that we actually didn’t want to drink it, and might keep us from coming back
Easily the best breakfast sandwich I ever had in the doylestown area.

went there this morning for the first time. had a fantastic omelet with olives in it. i believe it was called the Kathleen omelet? Terrific! I loved it. Great little place that i would defiantly recommend!
I took one of my contractors here today for lunch, and he absolutely loved the food. We both got the cream chipped beef on toast and home fries with a fried egg on top. I added bacon and I have to say it was pretty good. My only complaint would be if the home fries were cooked a little longer. They were pretty mushy. But over all great place, extremely fair prices, and the staff were phenomenal. Every single waitress was super polite and everyone talked to us. We will Be back!

Had a lovely breakfast at Cross Keys! Loved the atmosphere, food was delicious, bottomless coffee and food served quickly! Staff were friendly and not a long wait for a Sunday breakfast 😋 Will def be back again!
First time visit and we look forward to returning ! BEST pancakes I have ever had and I have had very many. Big, fluffy, and lots of blueberries plus the big link sausages much better than those little skinny ones. And the Eggs Benny hollandaise sauce with just the right amount of lemon juice was also terrific. With EXCELLENT service ! ONLY drawback is you might have a short wait on Sunday morning because CKD is so popular with the locals. We are new locals and we say it's worth the wait : )
A homey diner in a building from the 1890s to 1910’s, decorated with artifacts from the 1940s to 69’s and with a menu grounded in the 21st century that uses locally sourced ingredients. My French toast w eggs and sausage links was delicious. (All of the daily specials were sold out by 12:45p on a Sat. So arrive a little earlier if you want to make sure the specials are still available.)
1st visit to Cross Keys Diner. The place was jammed packed. Very impressed with the service and staff. Every person working there was smiling and engaging in conversation with customers. This is Awesome to see. Immediately saw STUMP’S BREAKFAST- just had to do it.. we ordered that, Belgium Waffle, two egg meal, and egg white omelet. Food was great. The Service was untouchable.

Best local gem around!
Here’s the deal: it’s one thing to make great food and serve incredible breakfasts/lunches… but it’s another thing entirely to serve that same TOP NOTCH meal week after week, without fail, consistently, and in a ridiculously friendly manner. I may be a creature of habit and order the Eggs Benedict on most visits, but it remains one of the greatest Benedicts I’ve ever had. (And I always get a Benedict if offered when I travel, so I feel like I’m a bit of a connoisseur in this regard) Anyway, this artfully poached egg, delicious hollandaise, and thick grilled Canadian bacon rests atop a proper toasted English muffin from the proper brand… perfectly cooked and seasoned potatoes - all of this EVERY SINGLE WEEK. Cross Keys Diner never has a “bad day” as far as I’m concerned. The pic here is from this morning - but if I post a pic from previous visits, you’d see exactly the same thing - nothing less than perfection.
Don’t miss this fabulous place if you find yourself anywhere near Doylestown.
The food is always fresh and flavorful. They offer dishes with local fresh fruits and veggies. Our server was great and responsive. They help each other out to get guests in and out. I would happily give them 2 thumbs up. We eat here as often as we can when in the area.

Crazy Good Breakfast! Get something off the specials list if you really want to experience their best effort. Best omelettes I have ever had, and I eat at a lot of breakfast joints.
A cute little spot! Definitely get here at a good time to make sure you can get seating before they close at 2. Their breakfast sandwiches are fantastic and everything is very reasonably priced. Food and service always great!

One word! Amazing!!! No wait! I lie!! Multiple words need to be mentioned as this the best breakfast and lunch around!! I LOVE CROSS KEYS DINER!!! Hands down the most fantastic staff and the food is Delicious!!! It’s my mother’s cooking that I’ve missed for years! Let me say we have had also it all the menu during pre and post pandemic and those days in between as we tried to support everyone during 2020...they never disappoint! Thanks for being there across Keys! Keep it up!! ♥️
Typical diner fare with some interesting daily specials (lavender pancakes were featured on the day we visited). Outdoor dining and wait staff masked and attentive to cleanliness. We stuck with the tried and true (omelettes and eggs) and were served quickly and food was hot and as ordered. Wait staff was attentive and pleasant. Appreciate the efforts being made to operate safely during the pandemic!
It is one of the best breakfast places to go to when you want amazing food, fast service, multiple coffee refills, great staff, and omlettes that are stuffed. If you haven't been here yet, make it a priority. You won't be disappointed!!
Service was god and friendly! My eggs Benedict was awesome as was my aunt's BLT and my husband's hot pastrami.Hubby and I only been once but my aunt many times We will be back!
