Had a great experience with my family the other night getting ice cream here. The waffles are outstanding, and definitely worth getting if you’ve never had them. They have a slight crunch to them with what seems like cooked sugar in the waffle. It can get crowded so be prepared to see a line, but it moves quickly. Thank you and we’ll be back!
Nina’s Waffles and Sweets has excellent homemade ice cream and waffles. I got a waffle sundae with Oreo ice cream with toppings and it was amazing!
Tried waffle-ice cream with brownie, many flavors and combination options available. Small place but creative ambiance. Wish they have a bigger place with many seating tables as big group may not be able to get a seating place right away. Hope the chain starts in/near king of Prussia area as they would do great! Paid metered parking available along streets.
This place is great! The food is excellent, the atmosphere is great; it's the perfect place to go on a date :)
I walked past this place after having lunch and even though I wasn't even close to being hungry I couldn't resist. Who can pass up waffles and ice cream?! Especially when they are both homemade.
The only downside is that there's limited seating, but I was there at 3pm on a weekday so that wasn't an issue.
I highly recommend this place!
You should always come to Nina's for dessert. There's never a wrong time to get these amazing waffles and ice cream. I cannot praise the ice cream enough. Soft waffles and great toppings. I wish they would bring back the one sundae with honey and wet walnuts; it was my favorite.
Great small waffle place. Was very delicious and had a lot of options to add to your waffle. The ice cream selections were varied and such good service!
Very friendly staff and superb flavors. A waffle cone is $1.50 extra and a must have. Other places charge $4 for that upgrade. We had pistachio and berry flavored cones. You can tell when it’s homemade. If you can find parking this spot will be fine.
Very good waffles and Ice Cream! Waffles are made on the griddle right on front of you. Decent selection of freshly made ice cream. Not a lot of area for seating but it was not too crowded at the time of our visit so this was not an issue.
OMG! This place is so yummy! The kids and I love it! It's truly so addicting. The waffle adds a delicious touch, I definitely recommend it!
Excellent waffles and ice. Crowded as expected for warm Saturday night, but service was quick. Log the waffle bites with ice cream. Yum
Nina’s is such a great dessert place. It’s definitely pricey, but it’s worth it. I wish they had more space for indoor seating! It’s my favorite place in Doylestown!

The waffles were delicious as was the ice cream. The young man behind the counter was a little rude though. He messed up our order then told us we had to leave because they were closing. If he wouldn’t of messed up my order I could have been finished eating. I’m handicap and can’t carry a plate in one hand with a spoon to eat. I stayed and finished but felt very uncomfortable.
This place is so good! I come here often with my fiance. The waffles and ice cream are so good. We have gotten them when it was freezing out. Lots of places to walk around and eat your ice cream but unfortunately there isn't a lot of space inside.
The place is cute and employees are young but usually nice.
Update: It's been three years since my original review; this still is one of the best ice cream places around. We moved a little farther away but my wife and I still will drive here to get some ice cream. We visit often and love this place. The waffles do not get soggy because of the type of sugar they use, yummy flavors, great employees. See you soon Nina's!
