What an improvement! Got a young new Mgr. That really takes leadership, seriously, got his team like a well-oiled machine! Great communicator. Orders were on point and fast. Very, courteous, to his customers. The Chicken here has always been excellent. Just have seen past mgt always got orders wrong or missing something. It was always a surprise in your box of chicken that we joked about it like a box of chocolates. Lol This young Mgr is Hispanic but really cares about getting orders done and listens to his customers. I had to give a High Fiveer! Two π Nice job New Mgr! π

I attempted to place a very a large catering order for a work related event online however the site was giving me issues. I called and spoke to Derick who helped guide me. I was able to place my order and the service and food was great!
The spicy chicken is really good. But the place should have been maintained better
I feel like every time I go in this place the service is what ever. The environment is vacant. It's just not popular in this area
I love the basic chicken sandwich and the red beans and rice. I've tried chicken sandwiches at many places inexpensive and expensive and this one beats them all. I biscuits are like dessert with butter and honey which is provided upon request. I'll try to remember to take a photo of everything next time, but I arrived so hungry and could not wait to dig in after getting our order that I forgot.
As of January 9, 2023, when I last went it appeared there was a complete staff makeover. Several of the staff were in training but the service was much improved from a month earlier.
Better than expected. Chicken tenders had the perfect ratio of crispiness vs meat, but there was too much breading on the shrimp. Surprisingly, the green beans were piping hot. At first, the spiciness of the chicken didn't seem to be enough, but about half way through, I could feel the heat. Dining area could do with better lighting. Prices were reasonable.
I am a big fan of Popeyes. This store in Dublin, California got a bad review from me earlier. The chicken pieces were small and very dry.
On my last two visits, things have changed significantly. The chicken is delicious, hot and moist. The service staff is excellent. I don't know if it is new management, but this location is first rate.
