This was my first time shopping @ Wegmans & it was a treat. Especially since I've been looking for Jeni's non-dairy Lemon Bar ice cream @ a grocery store since this spring & none of them in my area around North Carolina had it. But today, THANK YOU #Wegmans!!! This was also Halloween π wknd so they had a large selection & varieties of pumpkins to choose from in all colors, shapes & sizes for only $6.99. They also had a variety of cold pressed juices in different sizes which was awesome. I will definitely revisit this store when in the IAD Washington-Dulles area.
My mom put me on to this Wegmans in Dulles, Virginia when I visited her for spring break. We decided to have a seafood meal of crab legs, crab cakes and steamed shrimp. Man when I tell you the seafood was delicious and fresh im not over stepping. Wegmans seafood department also will season your purchase with old bay seasonings and Butter then steam them for free. Trust me its worth a try. See photos.
5/11/21: The staff were all so nice & helpful. Clean well organized store. Sponge 𧽠candies! Subs! The bakery guy made me coconut π₯₯π© donuts just like I get in Webster, NY's Wegmans! I was so happy! Oh, & coconut π₯₯ π°!! 11/2/21: Each time β² I visit the Dulles area, I go to this & other local Wegmans, as a Wegmans tourist from California (I grew up in Webster, NY, which has 2 Wegmans). This Sterling Wegmans employees are polite & helpful. They always make me my favorite π Wegmans π© donuts from my old local Webster, NY wegmans: π₯₯ coconut donuts π©! I love them so much! See π pic. I also love β€ their sponge candy! I bring both back to California. 8/3/23: The prepared foods made for a good breakfast. The bakery person is making me coconut π₯₯ donuts π©.
Wegmans is always an amazing experience as everything is so fresh. The fruits are super awesome always, vegetables are fresh, they do maintain very high standards. It is a little expensive though but the quality which one gets in return makes it all worth.
I love Wegmans. For over 15 years had been my preferred grocery store. I tried the other chains, but for quality and variety Wegmans is at the too and price is not much different.
Helpful staff. Great layout. Well stocked shelves. Best produce. I have no complaints. This is by far the best grocery in the area.

While working outside of Philadelphia I shopped at a Wegmans and loved the experience. This is how a grocery store should be. I was sent to Reston for work and drove by this store in Ashburn Virginia and had to go shop for a few things. Once again a great experience. Quick in and out, great location. Always fresh produce and juice is always fresh squeezed. Bakery, deli and all the other departments are well stocked.
We just started going to Wegmans. We used to go to Harris teeter and whole foods. We absolutely love the atmosphere and the store overall. The only reason it's missing the 5th star is because they need more organic choices. We will continue to go to Wegmans.
I like shopping here. Better variety and prices than I used to work and shop at Safeway. Since I'm handicapped, the electric shopping carts batteries could/should be replaced or looked at. When I first unplugged it, the battery said 100%, 30 seconds later, it's almost dead and crawling at a snails pace. I don't want to see that happen to anyone else
I go here frequently. Nice layout snd great place to hang out with a latte upstairs. I heard a rumor that the Buzz coffee shop might be closing, which would be unfortunate, but for now a good place to chill if you're in the area.
Great selection of holiday ice cream flavors. Nice variety of items in the Asian section. They have the large boxes of Pocky and Angelo Pietro Salad dressings. This store also has frozen Asian items. Very nice selection of items in the deli department. A very nice place for lunch. Plenty of parking.

It has food selections from different parts of the world. Itβs cheese section is especially outstanding.
I recently moved to Sterling from the Leesburg area and thought I was done with Wegmans because my experience at the Leesburg location was a mixed bag and had gotten worse over the years due to constant rearranging. This location is near my new home and I decided to give it a shot just because they do carry a lot of products I like and can't find elsewhere. The difference between this location and the Leesburg one is night and day! This location is phenomenal! It's not trying to be fancy or pretentious, it's just a really nice grocery store. I love how everything is organized, it made my shopping trip fast and easy. Employees are friendly and I didn't have to wait to be served at any service counters. Layout of the store is great and makes everything easy to find. If you're somebody who frequents the Leesburg location and are sick of their constant rearranging I highly recommend coming to this location instead!
Note to self: one poke bowl (with rice) is sufficient for one middle-aged hungry woman. No need to but extra rolls or sashimi. No matter how good those are.
Fresh food. Great sandwiches, but avoid the Chinese food. Yuck. The prices are also pretty high, but the selection of groceries and fresh food is unbeatable.
Wegmans is an awesome supermarket! I love the layout. Things are easy to find and they have a great staff. When I ask someone where I can locate something instead of telling me they walk me to the location.
