Food is always good and the service is amazing. We have seafood places out in Manassas but I drive all the way to Woodbridge just for Papa Dents.
I drove alllll the way from D.C to get these crabs and I must say it was well worth it. The best customer service, the best prices in town, and the crabs was delicious. You will definitely see my face again.
The best deal going! It was my first time going. So glad I did. It is worth it. The crab count is worth the $. Plus their crab seasoning is awesome. I wish they would sell some of that as well.
It's not summer with out getting your hands on some Papa Dents seafood! Not only do they have the best crabs around, but they offer other fantastic goodies like steamed shrimp, catfish and more. Trust me...you won't be sorry...stop by and get your fix and get a chance to meet some of the Dents! They are so awesome:).
I get crabs several times a year from Papa Dent - every Fathers Day and then a few other randoms. I picked up a “half bushel” (always seems like more) last Friday and, as usual, was more than satisfied with what I got. Crabs had a great weight to them this early in the season and you can’t beat the price. Folks I drive from Nokesville to do business with Papa Dents - best around. Thanks again for everything, guys!

I have been eating Dent's crabs for over 40 years. The first location I visited was in Dumfries/Triangle in a little shack on the side of Rte 1. Then the store in Dale City and now Papa Dent. With the Dent name on it there is never a disappointment in all those years.
This is the only place I go to for crabs when i need a fix. Never disappointed and always a pleasure to be one of their customers. Always greeted with courtesy. One of the best part of the summer.

I absolutely LOVE Papa Dents!! Today the shrimp was PERFECTLY steamed and the crabs were the bomb!!... as usual. If you don't get your crabs here on the weekends (Friday, Saturday and even Sunday) you're missing out. I love the convenience of going only 5-10minutes away from home for my fix! Gotta have it!!

OMG….my fiancé surprised me with some crabs 🦀 today after I got home from work and they were so delicious, sweet and the meat came right out of the shell! I will send him back for more next weekend.

Today was my first time trying this little spot and I must say I am very happy with the service and the quality of the cooked crabs. They are NOT soft and soggy. They have lots of meats and they are flavorful! The prices CANT be beat compared to others. TRUST ME I CALLED AROUND FIRST! They are really good and worth the thirty minutes to drive.
I’ve done both pre-orders and walk up-orders before and my experience has always been positive. Crabs are always delicious and well-steamed. Find the prices reasonable and service has always been stellar. Glad to have some good seafood within reach!
I live in Baltimore with the best crabs! You have to pay big money here!! Over the weekend visiting family in Manassas, they suggested I should do Papa Dents!! Great and reasonable price crabs!! I got half bushel for $85 they were super good!!!

I heard about this place on the bus on my way to work..I've visited twice. My fist first experience was awesome..fourth of july weekend they weren't as good..but none the less I will visit again tomorrow ..
