Friendly staff, fast service and great tea. The chicken is great too!
Tables were cleaned quickly after the seats were empty....very clean.
I've never been to this Zaxby's before. I would definitely return. Food was hot, fresh, order accurate. Chicken fingers here are perfect: crunchy exterior, moist and incredibly tender interior, with a lot of taste. Fries were adequately hot (not hot fries are way too common and unacceptable). Zaxby's coleslaw is perfect: sweet but not too sweet, moderately coarsely chopped cabbage yet enough creaminess to not be dry. Love their slaw!
Restaurant was clean. Staff was adequately polite and informed regarding the menu choices.
On our most recent trip to South Carolina we decided to explore few chicken sandwich spots that we don't see near Chicago. We stopped here to try Zexbys chicken sandwich for the first time and the staff took their time to explain the menu to us and recommended few menu items. Our family was even given a full set of sauces to try. We don't each much at fast food chains but when we did we have never come across staff so friendly. GREAT JOB GUYS! KEEP IT UP! All 5 of us were super impressed with your hospitality
Just tried the Cajun filet sandwich and wow it is really good. The chicken breast is super tender and juicy. Lots of flavors combined really make it POP!
By far the best drive thru I’ve ever been to. No matter how long the line is they always get to you so quickly. The food is always nice and warm.
The service was great. The attendant and cashier dressed my order The way I asked and was speedy for the crowd they had and hot and fresh.
