My office staff and I met Mr. Ricky on Thursday March 3, 2022 when he came for a Passport. Mr. Ricky told my office staff to give him a call on the following Monday and that he would treat us all to pizza. Yesterday, Mr. Ricky did just that. He was very welcoming and his restaurant was very clean. The pizzas were simply incredible! Absolutely delicious! I will definitely go back! Authentic Italian pizza, Genuine and kind owner. I finally found what I've been searching for! REAL NY pizza in Durham! The pizza here is incredible and authentic. The crust is fresh, not frozen; the sauce is delicious, and the cheese is perfect. Ricky is such a nice guy and really takes pride in his food. They've got a new customer for life!
I have been going to Ricky’s for over 8 years, their food is and has always been consistently great. Ricky always goes above and beyond to accommodate our catering needs! We love and appreciate Ricky’s Pizza.
Are you kidding me?! Incredible. Just, incredible! I’ve been to the best pizza joints in NY (for instance, L&B Spumoni Gardens in Brooklyn), and Ricky’s is basically a transplant straight from NYC. Every pizza we’ve had here is authentic and amazing. Love the buffalo chicken pizza, so unique, and the Brooklyn style. Have not found anything on the menu that is not fantastic!!! Even the antipasto salad was unbelievable! Thank you, Ricky — keep up the great work!!
My family’s from Brooklyn and this is the closest pizzeria in NC that reminds me of that. Truly NYC style pizza at an unassuming location. Wings are pretty good too
Hiking the MST and ate here tonight. Pizza was really good, and the price is reasonable for what you get. Will eat here again when I pass through.
Really good pizzas the staff were hospitable, and the we loved the Duke memorabilia! We will definitely be back.
