The new store is gorgeous and the pizza is terrific and meets the high standards of the other Punch locations. The staff was friendly and focused, so while the line was out the door, it moved quickly. Punch has the best pizza in the Twin Cities and this location is a great new addition!

Quality and integrity are shown not only in their successes, but also in their mistakes. I went tonight, opening night, and waited in line and ordered 2 pizzas, a half salad and a beverage. After ordering I waited for take out, grabbed my ordered and headed home. Unfortunately I found when I got home that I'd received 2 of the same pizza instead of the 2 different varieties that I'd ordered. I called the store right away, hoping to get a refund for the difference in price for the incorrect pizza and let them know, just in case someone else had gotten my correct pizza. The manager I believe, answered the phone and before I could even finish explaining, he asked it it was the "order for Ana?" They'd caught the mistake shortly after if left and they'd already refunded my FULL order and were offering to not only remake the correct pizza, but run it out to the car for me if I wanted them to (they had a line to the door and it was raining.). I told them it was fine, I'd just try the other pizza on my next visit. They were incredibly apologetic and I wasn't even upset in the first place! I know the first day is crazy! Top notch customer service!
Now for the pizza... this was my very first visit to any Punch Pizza, I'd heard good things and I've been looking forward to visiting for months, waiting for the new Eagan location to open. It really was as amazing as I'd heard! (The Margherita Extra) So fresh and delicious and cooked perfectly. And the Punch Salad is absolutely perfect! Even with a line out the door on day one, they quality was outstanding and the flavor was perfect.
I'm very happy, impressed and looking forward to coming back!

Stopped in here last weekend and enjoyed a couple pizzas and a small ceasar salad. While the salad was tasty it wasn't anything special. The pies however were very tasty. We did a plain pep and a toscano that was fabulous. The beer selection was pitiful but we managed. Definitely glad we stopped and we will be going back to try other pizza varieties.
The staff was outstanding! They let me know the pizza would take 30 min (totally worth it!). They were all working hard, busy making food, delivering good, cleaning the tables, all with a great attitude and hustle. The pizza was hot and cooked to perfection!
Ordered online ahead of time and when I arrived they had 3 pizzas for me instead of 2. Was a little confused but they had made the first pizza not lightly done so they redid it and gave me both. Major props to punch and the employees because most places would have just given me the one that wasn’t lightly done and called it good. Amazing customer service!
Punch Pizza is one of my favorite restaurants. Every different variant of pizza I try, I instantaneously love. These people know flavor, ladies and gentlemen. The only flaw? No pineapple options. It’s 2022, pineapple is a legitimate pizza topping and the top choice for a certain pizza aficionados such as myself. Get used to it, world. The focaccia bread is also great.
Makes my kids really happy. Great pizzas and salads. Their gluten free crust makes me pretty happy since I can’t eat most of the pizzas I used to love.
Really good good. We got the margherita with mozzarella do buffalo, Napoli, adriatico, and puttanesca. The Adriatico and the puttanesca were the best. The puttanesca was a bit on the salty side because of the anchovies but it was definitely worth it.
