We have not been in the store in years. So happy we went back. Of course the product is great but the service is what did it for us. The young man that waited on me was so kind and so personable. We don't get that regularly from young people these days. He treated me, an old lady, like I was his mom

I really enjoy their bagels, and their employees provide great customer service. However, I would recommend calling to order ahead and paying over the phone, since there always seems to be a good sized line that takes a while.

I order here frequently and pick up. However, though they’re the best bagels this side of NYC, they take the phone off the hook when busy and seem to forget to put it back on. Tried this place for the first time today. Absolutely delicious bacon egg and cheese that was thick!! The iced cinnamon toast latte was amazing! Will be going out of my way to get a good bagel sandwich

Despite the long lines and the slightly confusing process (the person who takes your order is also the person who prepares your order, there's one line for online orders but then they use that cash register for credit cards and Apple Pay), the bagels and cream cheese never disappoint.

Always good food, and customer service! I've been buying breakfast here since I moved to East Lansing four years ago and no other bagel shop hits the same, I've tried. From-scratch bagels and cream cheeses hand mixed daily, doesn't get better than that!

If you get a chance have the blueberry cheesecake muffin. Amazing!!

I'm Writing this review, so the owner knows what is happening. I would give it lower stars but I felling doing that is a petty move. Six people are staffed this am. One male in the spartan hat is taking orders, and one male in a baseball hat with pins is making coffee. Three staff members are talkin
