Anyone who complains about the wait time is invalid. These people are busting their butts to get us our drinks after class and frankly do not get enough credit. Nor do they get paid enough for such a high volume.
The line is 40 people long at some points. Props to the team for never disappointing. They’re kind despite the stress. And they always put up with us.
They move as fast as they can.
I’ve been to this Starbucks countless times over the last five years that I’ve been at MSU. It’s always great to get off the bus at wells hall and go inside for a coffee. This place is very small, with very limited seating, and it is extremely busy during the lunch time rush. There will be a long line far out the door sometimes. May as well walk over to one of the other nearby locations when you see that. Staff are friendly and nice.
I never ever leave reviews but I felt that the employees here went above & beyond for me today. I asked for a bagel with peanut butter which they didn’t have but they offered to give me some of the almond butter they use for the protein shake to go with my bagel. I know its a small thing but I was impressed. Thanks!!
Pretty good Starbucks, it's clean, the students are nice and if it is a good day you can sit right outside wells hall.
