You know how commercials always show amazing food and then when you are served it never looks as good? Not at Panera! My grilled chicken Caesar’s salad was overflowing with chicken!
Missed coming here & happy I got to get my favorite thing there & cant wait to go back again!!!

Where to start?! The food that is served at Panera is what it is, but what makes this location special is the service by their management team. Kim, Chris and Trisha are thoughtful, courteous, respectful, caring & helpful. The team always greets me and many of their customers with smiles and address them by their names. There are many groups that come in regularly that meet and spend time in this cafe and are never harried, hurried or asked to wrap things up. The store is always clean and orders are always prompt. Whenever they are super busy or short-staffed, the managers jump in to continue providing exceptional service. I recently had a catering order that I picked up that was given such great care by Trish. She organized an order of 39 You Pick Two orders, provided detailed labeling and made the distribution process at my place of business so easy. This isn't the first catering order that was prepared by this team. In a world where options are plentiful and service is adequate at best, this team is outstanding and even with the big increases in the Panera prices, the service they give will keep me coming over and over. Some things cannot be measured by cost alone, and for me, this place goes above and beyond every time. Great job, East Northport team. Fan for life!!
It's hard for me not to like a Panera, I'll admit. It's my office with a kitchen away from home. This one is especially good. It's small, intimate. But it's neat as a pin, the staff is efficient and friendly. And it's got everything its larger sister stores has - express, iPad ordering, etc.
Loved the fresh juices and fruit on ice by the cash registers!
Nothing missing from the offerings - including the bakery. And I like how they are dialed into helping a local cause - LI Harvest. Obviously, this is a very well run Panera. Hats off to management and staff
Always love going to Panera bread. Food it great. Service takes about 5 minute to get the food ready. My only issue is the price. I can't go eat there all the time simply because I end up spending almost 20 dollars for a pick 2 combo a drink and a cookie. But I guess that's what comes with non GMO, artificial ingredients etc..

The menu has changed so much and a lot of old favorites, like soup options, are gone.
There aren't that many outlets here if you plan to do work here.
It was clean and fairly quiet. There are options there if you on a bit of a strict diet. I got a mango smoothie there and it's not bad.
Can be a bit busy but nevertheless, they're on point.
$9 a month for coffee everyday can't be beat. Sure, it's not the absolute best coffee, but a month worth costs about the same as 2 cups at Starbucks. Service excellent. Clean and cozy.
Two weeks ago I was told that I will get a free coffee with my next order so today when I arrived to this location they said that my points had expired. I was surprised that so soon and felt bumped but the cashier made it right. He said " I'll give you free coffee form is" and he did. Customer service is great.
I love that I can come to this location and use their wifi all day. I live closeby and my home internet was terrible when Panera bread saved my day. As to fodd it's needless to say that everything form Panera bread is delicious. I'm happy we have Panera bread in my neighborhood 😊
