You get an overabundance of fries [cooked to perfection, I might add!] but the burgers are just....meh - nothing bad, nothing great. Five Guys is good in a pinch, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again.
Placed order online. Picked up and took home. Was hot and very enjoyable. Hit the spot and we were all still looking for more fries, even after we thought we wouldn't finish them all.
The burgers here are terrible. Made with no care whatsoever. The bun is soggy and gross when unpacking it, and the burger can’t even hold its self at all once u start eating it. Would have given a 1 star if it weren’t for the the extra fries! Customer service is great but I didn’t come for customer
I love this place. You can customize your own burgers and shakes. Plus the staff are super friendly and efficient.
This Five Guys is always serving up great burgers and fries, hands down. Service is friendly and locations is always clean!
Even though my order was slightly messed up (I had double patties on all the burgers) the burgers were one of the best ever. And do I really need to say anything about the fries? 😏
I didn't like my first time at Five Guys. I ordered food through the web. The app tells you to push the button when you leave and then push again when you arrive. So I got 4 hot dogs, 2 fries, and 2 milk shakes. I arrived and was greeted. So the hot dogs were already in a bag I just needed the fries
They made several mistake with our order, for some reason, we wait about 12 minutes to received our food, meanwhile we saw other customers in to order and their food going out first than us. By the way, the place was empty when we arrive. Really bad service.
