Liberty Terrace and their leasing office have been wonderful throughout our moving process. One of their agents, Anna, showed my partner and me an apartment that we absolutely loved—which was rented before we could even submit an application. Fortunately, Anna found us an even better unit for a great price! Needless to say— Anna handled the situation amazingly. Closer to moving in—Farah, the new leasing agent, helped us plan our move to make sure it went as smoothly as possible. She also resolved a number of concerns just days after our move-in, and always communicated accordingly. My sole reason for rating 4 stars, instead of 5, is due to the lack of communication from the maintenance team. I put in several requests just about a month ago to fix several issues with our plumbing, and a handful of other things that should have been done prior to moving in, and I have yet to receive any update as to when these issues will be resolved.
I love this place. Leasing staff, Ms. Farah and Super Mr. Rome are awesome people. They are always ready to help for anything. Happy staff happily wearing to help tenants all the time. Love love this place. If there is any issue in house, staff and super try to fix within no time. I love services provided here. Quite and peacefull place. My kids also lobe it here. Evryone is so friendly. When I moved here, my kids made friends in 10 days. Super love to this place.
We moved in here in the end of January. Overall, we are pretty happy with the apartment.
The leasing office staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our move in process. Even months after the move in, the leasing office staff reply promptly to my queries through email.
When we were searching for apartments, we found this to be reasonably priced and lower compared to others in the area.
The apartment itself (Birch 1) is nice and spacious. The countertop of the kitchen (and the kitchen overall) is a little small, but we bought a small bakers rack for extra counter top space and now its fine.
The washer is also a little small, but its manageable.
The apartment is located in a good safe area. Its a very walkable area - Aldi grocery store right around the corner. Many restaurants too.
Commute to the city is very good. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk. There is also an NJ Transit train station - 10 mins walk away.
We had a few maintenance requests, but the super comes and takes care of them within a few days.
Edit: docking a star for slow response from maintenance.
Honestly I lived all over NJ/NY for last 6 years by far this place is the best quality life for price you pay. From leasing, to maintenance to person who delivers pkgs to the door step are all friendly and courteous. Spacious parking with tons of cameras, train station walking distance but I think the bus is easier commute. Aldi is steps away if you run out of milk. Cozy quite community.
Awesome place! Gym was always clean. The leasing office was always helpful and maintenance was always great! Great place to leave.

Near to public transportation and the super is great with taking care of maintenance or repair requests.
