Father’s Kitchen is consistently delicious! Whenever we are hungry we can count on them to deliver outstanding (and unique!) food options and ALWAYS an impressive selection of craft beer. The Hellfire pizza was delicious and spicy. The Ruben rolls were tasty and piping hot. The burgers are always loaded with flavor. You really can’t go wrong.

Father's Taphouse is consistently good. Service and food are above par & the setting is cozy. Service is very fast, seemed like we had just ordered when our apps were delivered with the mains following right behind. As one often waits longer than expected on the cape, the speedy service was a happy surprise. We opted for a lighter meal this trip & started with the Bacon Cheese Burger Rolls which hit all the right burger notes wrapped in a crunchy egg roll wrapper. We had read a LOT about the Peanut Butter Bacon (YES! you read that correctly!) and just had to try it. The thought of it left me a bit queasy but upon arrival that faded. The pizza is wood-fired with a very nice crust-crunch yet chewy & tender. Bizarrely, the combination of a peanut butter base topped with bacon, mozzarella cheese, and beer-braised sausage works and is delicious! We kept saying, it should not work, but it does! It is worth the visit for these two dishes alone but there are so many more to try, you will not be disappointed.
So warm and comfortable. Decent rates excellent beer choice. We didn't eat but food smelled delicious.
This is a must! When in cape cod! The best fish and chips that iv had probably Ever seriously I can't remember the last time iv had fried fish that perfect! And they have a good verity of beers to try. Cozy dimly lit booths perfect for a date night or a casual bite to eat.
Fantastic draft beer list! The food menu has a wide range of specialty burgers. Got there early on a Thursday, and they were already busy with an early dinner crowd.
This place is amazing. The atmosphere sets it off. You walk in and feel like you're in a cozy cabin with the hardwood and big fireplace. The service and staff are absolutely incredible. Then comes the food. I honestly don't know where to start. We did the kids Mac, a pretzel and on Wednesdays they do a burger special 2 full burger meals for $22!! The burgers were cooked to perfection and the pretzel bun is hands down the best pretzel bun we've ever had. We finished it off with a giant chocolate chip cookie that was just over the top- in the best way possible. We will absolutely make this our favorite restaurant in the area.
I didn't get any pictures of the burgers because we ate them so fast, but this is one of the best tavern style family restaurants we've ever been to.
I highly suggest you stop by. We want to eat everything on the menu after seeing some people order the wings and other food.
I visited Father’s last night with my family. They have a great old-fashioned design with a brown-ish look and some great pretzel-like burger buns. The fries and sprite were great as well too. Strongly recommend.
Excellent food and staff.The Bartender Chase was so personable and very knowledgeable of the beer selection. Also he couldn't say enough nice things about the owners and the rest of the staff. It was a great experience, we will definitely be back.
We were a party of seven, on a lovely Tuesday evening sitting outside. We ordered various starters to share and entrees, as well as some drinks. It was "Taco Tuesday", which they advertised $5 fish taco. As in a single taco, but you could only order two or more. As they normally have fish tacos 3 for $15, it was a little misleading. They were very big and delicious anyway.
Most if the food we ordered was fried, and they seem to over-fry everything a little bit to my taste, which results in everything being very crunchy, but everyone enjoyed the food. The bill was reasonable.
Oh. My. GOD. How had I not tried this place sooner?! If you're reading this, get in the car. Go NOW. Everyone enjoyed their meal to the point that they were protective of it--no stealing a bite without them looking! The fries, amazing. The chicken sandwich with egg, amazing. The drinks, amazing. Everything was amazing. You've gotta try this place if you're around the area.
