The staff was helpful and friendly. They were packed with orders so the food was delayed a bit, but that's not their fault. They did what they could do. They do charge for extra sauce if you need them, though we weren't initially given the amount on our receipt, they just gave them to us.
The Store Mgr was very helpful on Tuesday 8-15-23 with my order. I was trying to order online and it wasn't going through, it kept giving us an error code and he was able to take my online order and bring it up in the store.
I moved here from Tampa FL to Stroudsburg Pa, I am used to KFC closing at 10pm. Not 7pm, so trying to place the online order put me a few minutes past the 630p cut off and I'm assuming that's why we were getting the error code but again the Mgr was very helpful in figuring it out...

When I ordered delivery they forgot to include two sides and I went in person the next day. There was an employee named mark that was very helpful and polite and he gave me the two sides.
Great food but there's no parking because people park in this place and go to main st to other establishments. They should hire Stroudsburg towing to clean this place up.
I can't remember the last time I was particularly impressed with a fast food place, until today. The parking lot here is a bit tight when busy, but once we got in we were very happy with the service. The person who took our order was incredibly nice, the food came out very quickly, and everything was exactly how we ordered it.
Don't do KFC very often but enjoyed the spicy chicken sandwich and fries.
The quality of KFCs varies a lot but this is one of the best ones I’ve been to in US…clean, good quality chicken/food, friendly staffs who seem to really enjoy their job

There is a young guy that works here that takes his job so seriously, I've never had such a good experience with a fast food employee. He treated the guests like it was a regular restaurant, coming out from behind the counter to guests' tables to ask how things were, bring to-go boxes, etc. Impressive

Amazing service by Delasia. She’s very nice & helpful. Had a lobby full of people and she didn’t get mad or confused. She was completely professional something someone like myself enjoys seeing. I’ve worked QSR for 12 years as management and I’d love to have her on my staff! You’re lucky to have her !
Textbook execution!! This was the best KFC experience I've ever had, and I travel a lot! Associate was fast and friendly taking my order and repeated it accurately. 2 chicken sandwiches were made like it was a fine restaurant, and the large fry was topped off fresh and crispy. Hands down the best KFC I've ever been to. Thanks so much!!
Typical fast food place. Nothing special.
They have a "working" crew that is friendly and full of help to the customers. The greeter listens to the customer's request and gives them the best cost within the menu choices...he/she also knows the product line to help make decisions for the best price. Your food is presented quickly and fresh..the eating in area is neat and clean. If a line generates due to an increase of customers it's not there for any length of time..fast is the word and good.
I’m from NJ and out of all the KFC’s I been to, this one is by far the best. The workers were extremely nice and the food came out much quicker than expected even though there was very limited staff and about 10 customers waiting. They still managed to get the food out quick and with smiles. Maybe I’m just not used to PA hospitality but this was a breath of fresh air compared to the nasty attitudes I get from New Jersey KFC’s.
