Like an Independence Day parade for your senses, Mango Indian marches into the Eau Claire culinary scene with gusto and panache! First, your eyes are mesmerized by the vibrant colors; next, the fragrant spices greet your nose, transporting you to mystical lands of the East. As you sample the traditional Indian fare your pallet is mesmerized by the delicate basmati rice married with the warm spice of chicken curry, butter chicken, lentils, or one of the many chef specials ushered into your mouth atop a fresh piece of buttery naan. Take a bite of the moist, flaky crusted samosa and feel the explosion of flavor in your mouth. Enjoy the refreshing, soothing relief of a Strawberry Lassi drink and the overall experience is magical—leaving your appitite satisfied with a warm glow throughout your body. Mango Indian is an extraordinary and long over due addition to the Chippewa Valley’s dining options. With reasonable prices, generous portions, and friendly staff this restaurant is sure to last so long as they keep up this level of excellence. Give them a chance today! I know I wasn’t disappointed.

I love this place!!! The food is amazing, and the prices are really reasonable. If you can’t handle spicy food, the dishes are made pretty mild. If you want the spice, they will always accommodate your tastes.

Delicious. Excited to try again. They have a variety of chef specials and naan to pair with entrees. I thought prices were fair though kind of wish entree portions were just a tad bit bigger. The lady was very kind, attentive, and accommodating.

Stopped in for lunch today. Proprietor took the time to explain the main course, sides, beverages. You get a lot to eat for the money. I will certainly return for another meal.

After reading a bunch of reviews, I decided that I am going to dabble with this place. First off, to all you who had a bad experience, which is few, you must have slept in the dog house the previous night and to the one who said it was way too spicy, well it is Indian food and no they should not cater to a Sally that cannot handle anything spicier than ketchup! If you are ignorant to what capsaicin is and how it affects your palate, I suggest you do some research and please do not suggest that an establishment that is know to have spicy cuisine to "cater" to the bland everything deep fried palate of the EC and surrounding area! Let us spicy connoisseurs have places like this! Although the samosa was a bit bland and lacking that pop and spicy flavor I was also looking for a sauce to accompany with them, no dice I guess. However the garlic chx was moist and not dry ++++ on that! Although I am not a tofu kinda guy I decided to turn the heat up regardless, thinking that from previous reviews it would make me sweat a bit. Again thank you Sally for not being able to handle a little heat, it tinged my pallet slightly, and I do enjoy my spiciness! None the less, the flavor was great! The basmati was cooked very well and being a huge stickler on rice (after working as an exec chef in an Asian restaurant for over a decade) I really enjoyed it! Still had a meaty texture and not overcooked or too much water added to make it too soft/mushy! Great work and I will be a return customer!

It's good. You can get a big plate with three entrees for a good price. Naan bread is made in a clay oven. I'm tired of eating and I need to take a nap now. I'm in the middle of the mall on a bench. If you find me, please wake me up. But I'll probably be gone and that's okay.

Great option and different than your average burger or pizza meal. A nice selection of curry and very aromatic flavor you would expect from Indian food!

The only Indian restaurant in Eau Claire, but one of the best anywhere! I just moved here from the cities and was very disappointed in the lack of Indian options in Eau Claire. Then I went to the mall and found this place! I tried all of the options and loved every one! All three curries were some of the best I've ever had! All of the meat was tender and all of the spices were authentic. The owner is so passionate about what he does and we we're very impressed with the service. I ended up ordering both chicken options as well as the lassi (a fruit and yogurt drink that pairs well with spicy food). So impressed! Pro-tip: if you want any of the dishes to be more "authentically spicy," let him know! He will make the dish with your spice specifications right in front of you! Do yourself a favor and support an actually good and authentic restaurant in EC. UPDATE 2/22/19: STILL GOING TO THIS RESTAURANT REGULARLY. THE BUTTER CHICKEN IS THE BEST BUTTER CHICKEN I HAVE EVER HAD.
