I was in for the lunch buffet recently and had a great experience. The food was fresh and I was even asked if I had any special pizza orders. Brenda had outstanding customer service! I totally recommend the Eden Prairie, MN Red's Savoy Pizza.

Absolutely AMAZING service!!!! Started with a phone call to order. Brenda took our order, so bubbly, loving life & her job helped me every step of the way and took great care of us! Got inside to pick up and the guy (so sorry I didnāt get your name) was beyond welcoming! You guys do it right over there! Rockstar team! Great, exceptional customer service is so hard to find now days!!! Of course the pizza was amazing!

We love Redās Savoyās! Itās our favorite pizza spot in Eden Prairie. The customer service is extraordinary and they are very kind. We recently lost one of our daughters and during the most heartbreaking of times, they sent over lovely extras along with our pizza order when they heard of our situation. We are so appreciative that they care about us as much as we enjoy Our favorite pizza joint! Also the delivery is excellent.

This place is delicious. Friendly staff, cheesy hot pizza, fresh salad bar. Go for the lunch buffet you will not be disappointed! Great for kids too.

My daughter, her friends and I enjoy their pizza and wings very much. What puts this place a cut above the rest however is the customer service particularly in light of COVID-19. Even if you donāt remember your rewards, theyāll remind you that āHey Mr. G., you have $8.00 coming to you.ā Who does THAT in this day and age.
Even more impressively, they credited my account $20.00 recently because the order hadnāt arrived after 1 1/2 hours. Furthermore, they chose NOT to charge my credit card for the original order that was late. Class act behavior thatās also smart business since we now order almost exclusively from them.
