Reviews Panera Bread

I spend every Tuesday from 5-7pm at this Panera while waiting for my daughter's weekly rehearsal to be over. Trevor and his team always welcome me with a smile and seem genuinely to recognize me as a regular. Tuesdays are brutal for me: I am up at 5:15am, leave for work at 6am (I live in Issaquah and work in Kirkland), then head back to Issaquah to pick up my daughter and drive her all the way over to Shoreline. By the time I get home around 8pm on Tuesdays, I am pretty much beat. My time at Panera is an oasis in an otherwise busy and rather frustrating day (read: drivers!!!). They make my food (which to be fair, is rather high-maintenance with add this, don't add that, extra of this, etc). And if there's ever been an error (maybe once?) they've been awesome about "making it right." In the grand scheme of things, if having your sandwich or salad made in error is the worst thing that ever happens to you, you are fortunate indeed. Is it going to matter in 5 years? Likely not. I for one appreciate Trevor and the kids at the Edmonds Panera and hope that everyone gives them a chance to prove that they're all about giving a great customer experience every time.

You rock! I am always happy with the food and stop in frequently. Today my debit card would not work for some reason adn you all gifted me with my salad.... you have no idea what a total blessing that was for me today its been a very hard week... Thank you!!!

Ordered at the kiosk was so easy and the order came out quickly. Despite being self serve, the people cleaning up helped me carry my food and clean up the table. It was a great experience for a solo mom with 2 little kids.
