The best thai in all of seattle. 1st bit is love. Real thai stars. Start with 2 and move up. We learned our lesson. 3 is no joke. Great job! Glad you had a great time in Thailand:)
So happy you guys are open again. Every dish ive tried has been amazing and 5 star spice is actually 5 stars! My favorite is the Boat noodles.
Great little hole in the wall Thai restaurant. Very tasty.
I can't comment on authenticity but I can say this place serves delicious food and has great service. You won't be disappointed
Can't get enough of this place. Chefs are really cool. Also don't forget to check out the Specials, the Crab Fried Rice, Pumpkin Custard are usually on the board.
Authentic Thai cuisine. Really good Rad Nah and Tom Yum Noodle Soup. Closes early so make sure you get your order in before 8PM.
July 2021 -- since we first ate from here, we've been repeat customers and have not been disappointed. We just hosted a party today and I put in a big order the day before. The food was delicious and everybody's favorite was the turnip cake. They kept saying how good it was! The person in charge of taking & making my order at Noodle Hut went above and beyond expectation by giving me an extra order prepared specifically without egg and oyster sauce. I had originally asked for an order without egg but failed to mention about shellfish allergy. When I came to pickup the order she asked me if there was also shellfish allergy. I said yes, she said let me make you another one! I said she didn't have to buy she did anyway and I really appreciate the thoughtfulness!!
November 2020 -- Really good food. We were pleasantly surprised that everything tasted really good. We don't frequent enough small mom-and-pops shops, and this was certainly one of them. We're didn't have too much expectations going in, and perhaps that was why we were so surprised of how well everything turned out. The noodles were not over cooked or soggy as we tend to experience with stir fried noodles. The meats of all the dishes were very tender. I don't tend to enjoy curry but did find myself enjoying the Massaman curry. Hubby now keeps asking about when we'd reorder from here, and that shall be soon!
This spot just hits different from other Thai places around here. Their Tom Yum noodle soup takes me straight back to Bangkok - its flavorful, complex and just keeps you wanting more. I eat a lot of spicy food and got level 3 spiciness, but I'd say 2 would have been enough without overpowering the flavor. Unfortunately they told us they stopped selling the turnip cake because it was too labor intensive, hopefully they bring it back because there is definitely high demand for it!

Anything I’ve gotten from here in the few times that I have has always been really flavorful. Always so satisfied when I finish whatever I order. My favorite is the Pad See Ew.
Hands down BEST place for boat noodle. Family owned business, so always call ahead to place your order!! Sometimes only one cook (they are older) if you're hungry and need food asap, this probably isn't the place for you. Example we always do our boat noodle take out on a Friday and usually I get off around 5pm so that's when I call, food isn't ready for pick-up until 7-7:30pm. So plan accordingly.
I'll happily contribute to the high user rating of this establishment. It's not what you expect at first when pulling in the parking lot. It's definitely what I consider hole in the wall. Finding parking can be fierce as the lot is so small, and shared with a few other restaurants but this place is primarily for take out. They have only three tables and by the time we started eating, all three tables were taken. So we arrived just in time to grab our table.
The food was great! We ordered Pad Thai and pineapple fried rice. Both were delicious. Their Jasmine green tea served with the meal is also very refreshing. Their prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. The service is good. Recommend!
Tasty, fresh, like home-made food. They take pride in the food they serve. And, the price is right, in comparison to many overpriced restaurants in Edmonds. This has become our regular dinner on a long day when we are too tired to cook.
I crave this place all the time! The food is so tasty!! I love Phad kee mao and Tom
Kha guy. You have to call hours in advance and it’s very soicy compared to other restaurants, which I love! It’s my absolute favorite restaurant !
