First time visiting this establishment, and from the moment I was greeted, the service and food were amazing. The server greeted and sat us and was the most pleasant and inviting lady I have had to serve me in a while. The first view of the menu and i was taken aback by the fact that they served nachos made with chopped chicken. Well, being that I don't eat red meat, I had to try them and was blown away at the portion size as well as the platter itself. Delicious and fairly priced, it doesn't even begin to describe how much I enjoyed them. On to the entrée I decided to go for the fettuccine with alfredo and grilled chicken. So they make their own homemade alfredo sauce, almost unheard of in the commercial food industry these days. The meal was truly amazing, tasted fresh, and didn't have that funky prepackaged after taste. Absolutely delightful. My wife had the ziti and red sauce with mushrooms, looked and tasted delicious she had no complaints. I tried it, and it was quite superb, not soggy or undercooked the right amount of bite and texture. After the meal was done, we received the bill and thought it would be higher than my hairline, it wasn't. It was well below what a meal that delicious should have been. Fair price, good service a definite for those who want to enjoy a great meal and not feel the wallet get thinner just by looking at the menu. Will be coming back soon.

Growing up in that area, I must say there is no pizza like it!! it’s a sweeter sauce and a different kind of crust than I can get down in the Philly suburbs and we have a ton of excellent pizza places here.. I still have family in the area and anytime I get an opportunity pop in for some pizza I do. Of course, I love the traditional crust, but I must say the cauliflower crust is absolutely amazing and a healthier option for me. Pizza is priced reasonably and never disappoints. In addition, they have many more other options that are just as tasty. Takes me back to my childhood . My first date ever 30 years ago with my husband was at the grotto in Harveys Lake so that will always hold a special place to me. Since then you’ve opened many additional locations.

Menu has a variety of pizzas, each in 3 sizes and are fairly priced. The staff are friendly, the service is quick and the inside is roomy and clean. I recommend giving Grotto's a try, if you haven't already.

We attend trivia here on Thursday night. Amanda the bartender/waitress is amazing, she is quick to attend to everyone's needs and is extremely friendly no matter how busy she is. The managers are also extremely friendly. We have never had a complaint about any of the food we've had here

Had dinner in bar. Pizza, Wings, and Buscetta were excellent. Service was slow but that was because there was not enough servers. The ones who were serving were very polite and happy, so it was not as bad as it seemed. They had a three-piece group playing'70s music and the volume was very acceptable that you can have a conversation. Sometimes the entertainment is too loud and it's hard to speak amongst each other. But it is a fun time.

Best Grotto Pizza in our area hands down (Kingston). Not saying the others are bad. I'm just saying the one in Kingston is better lol.

The Monday dine in special is a godsend for people on a budget. It's a full, no skimp pizza (with a extra topping included for no extra charge) fit for 1 or 2 people that won't leave you lacking and wanting more. Without it I (and my dog and cat) wouldn't be able to enjoy this delicious pizza weekly. It means alot to me that Grotto decides to keep this special where it ended others because it's essentially a nod to the poor that we are still recognized, respected and appreciated by Grotto and its staff. It also allows me to leave a better tip than I otherwise would have. I definitely recommend eating in on Mondays and ordering this special.

The Monday special is 12" pie with 1 topping for $5.99. I went with bacon. I thought it was a pretty good special to get for lunch today. I will definitely keep it in mind for future Monday lunches.

The waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. The pizza was different, a lot of acidic sauce; not bad, just not for me. The tea was good. The restaurant itself gives 1990's Applebee's vibes; not a horrible place, just a little outdated. It's worth a try.
