In reading some of these reviews it's clear to see that some customers were exaggerating. "I've been coming here for 20 years" and one bad experience and they claim they will never return again?? Another said they're frequent customers here and they've never had a good experience here. Then why are you still coming back? Now let me tell you my experience, The customer service and the food were very good. The food portions are very good as well. I've been here on two occasions and everything has been consistent. Last night I had the chicken with artichoke and rice and this dish was absolutely delicious. The next morning i had the bacon turkey avocado melt And it was very good and the amount of turkey in this sandwich was very generous. This location in my experience is one of hidden gems. Oh and i had pumpkin pie last night that was very good. I highly recommend this location and recommend stopping by especially if you love pies. They have a great variety of pies.

I’ve eaten at VIs for a long time in the upper Midwest and several times at this location. They’ve redecorated and it’s clean, bright, and inviting. The food is good, not great. The service can be hit or miss but this time was very good. When you’re right next to one of the largest military bases in the country a military discount wouldn’t be a bad thing to offer.

Adequate. Nothing great. The food was fair. I have no complaints except the seating area was over tables. It seems that there were too many tables for the square footage of floor making my feel uncomfortable.

Not going to lie, Village Inns are my favorite place in the world to get breakfast so whenever I come to a town that has a VI I make it a point to atleast go have breakfast there atleast once. My group of 6 went at noon on a Friday and it was pretty quiet in there, but it was also very clean and nice. Better to some other VIs I've been to recently. The service was great, I do feel bad for the waitress who was obviously was not expecting a party like ours to shake up her sleepy Friday afternoon, but she really held on and rolled with the punches. The food tasted just like it always does, like comfort. I'm sad to see Village Inn dying out, it's been a staple in my life, but if this were to be my last experience eating a Village Inn? Well, it would have been perfect.

I definitely recommend this restaurant. This is a wonderful place to have a bite to eat. I had the double meat cheeseburger with onion rings and fries with grilled jalapenos and a side of chili fries with red sauce and for dessert the Caramel apple pie. It was so delicious and filling. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Thank you all for your service and kindness. I will be back.

I just finished eating breakfast and here a few things I noticed from this Village Inn. I only saw 1 waiter handling the entire left side. Not sure if there were other waiters around or if they were just short staffed this morning, but that one waiter did an amazing job. Rosie was able to handle the entire left side with patience and a smile. There were at least 8 - 10 tables to herself and she was able tend to everyone. Also the cooking staff...not sure how many back there but they did a great job getting food ready at a great pace. Rosie and the kitchen staff deserve praises. I rarely leave reviews but today Rosie made me feel compelled to leave her a review. Rosie never change your postive vibe and smile!

One of my favorite places when I go to El Paso. They have all you can eat menudo. The servers were nice and quick with the food and drinks. Not too pricey. My sister had the breakfast enchiladas and she ate every bite.

Restaurant staff were really nice and service was fast despite having an almost full restaurant. Food was ok, great presentation just wish it were more tasteful. Would return.

All you can eat menudo! Service can be a bit slow too often. Food is excellent and always fresh but this specific location is always packed and takes forever to get a table on the weekend. Try another location if you are in a rush.

Surprisingly decent food. The place is clean, they have good options, the food came out at a timely manner, portions are large, and the prices are fair. If I didn't dislike El Paso so much, I'd come here again.

Pleasant atmosphere, great customer service, decent prices, and great food. My family and I immediately greeted and sat at an accommodated area. Timely service and great time intervals of refills and checkups. Service was outstandingly pleasant and courteous. Price was not bad maybe $55 for a family of 5. The food was quality, thoroughly cooked and fresh. Tasteful, Not bland not stale not cold. Overall my experience here was one very impressive one! I recommend!

Best hole in the wall restaurant in El Paso. Anna is also great. I would recommend everyone to go there and try it. It's never busy either so you can actually enjoy your food

Food is average, nothing special, the service depends on the person who is attending you. The atmosphere is relaxing to the point that you will get lazy. Over al is a good place to enjoy an average meal and good coffee with French Vanilla.
