Fantastic food. Would recommend the play e to anyone. This restaurant would be great on diners,dive-ins, and dives. It should get national exposure.

Where to start. Super friendly wait staff and crew. Very polite and tending. The appetizers were absolutely a dream, the onigiri knocked our socks off. The ramen was the best I've ever slurped. The broth was mouth watering and the noodles a delight. This is literally the ramen you see in Japanese anime and stuff. Legit.

Don't be fooled by the line. The wait is well worth it. Everything tasted so delicious and was very full of flavor. I can't wait to go there again, maybe when I have more time or just a bit earlier in the day. I'm already craving more.

Absolutely delicious! Can’t believe I waited this long to try it. The good is so flavorful and Angie our server was so informative and took great care of us. I super recommend it!

Blown away by this place! Transitioning from a food truck (or van) to a restaurant in the timespan of about year has shown no change in the quality of the delicious ramen that is served. Worth the wait outside and our server Jocelyn was amazing! Definitely going to try to go back at least once a week. Love it!

I loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yummy, even though I didnt eat my bowl until I got home from doing erands (I live in the far east). I cant remember which I ordered but from the to-go menu it was the first item. The to-go service was very fast, the broth felt very hot, & when I finally combined my meal to eat everything tasted soooo good together! I will come back.

Great food. Friendly staff. Typically a bit of a wait, but it's never been outrageously long or anything.

Excellent atmosphere! It also had delicious food. It is a very small location, so I recommend getting there about 10-15 min before opening time.

Great food, if ya like Ramen, or other types of noodle soup. Small place, had to wait about 15 min for a table on a Friday. Service isn't bad, but when you sit outside and need something, it's a little hard to get their attention. A pleasant surprise was that if you just have broth left they'll bring you more noodles. The only catch is ya gotta eat them there. Will come back here.

Their dessert is better than their ramen. All of their ramen was too greasy & salty to the point you couldn't taste the pork in the broth. But it's hands down the best yuzu cheesecake I've ever had. I would've never imagined a chocolate marbled matcha cake tasting so perfect as if the two flavors were destined to be together. The texture of the pork buns were fluffy like clouds.

LOVE Kaedama since their food truck days! Their dumplings are very delicious, their edamame, and their side snack, for which you can choose a protein and toppings. Their prices have stayed consistent, and they have a funny voicemail that places you on a waitlist to be willingly abducted by aliens :) Orders can be placed online, and it is usually packed, so plan ahead

Absolutely fantastic! 💯 We ordered the seaweed salad, crab salad, pork buns, a spicy tuna burrito and the Tonkotsu Ramen! It was all delicious and came out so quickly! But please don't sleep on the buns, they are so ridiculously good!

Great ramen stop if that's what you're searching for. Space is small, so ordering to go might be the better option during peak hours. Menu has a small selection, but so far we are impressed. Personally, I'm not a big ramen person, and even I found a bowl I liked. I got the curry ramen, which was similar to Vietnamese green curry, and it was delicious!

Really good ramen! The place is tiny, but even so, we surprisingly didn't have to wait to be seated! I had the sauced noodles (no broth) and my partner had the birria ramen, and both were good, though the birria could have used some lime. Service was a little slow at times, and we were seated outside so it was really hot - but we had a good time, and really enjoyed it!

This is simply the best place to get ramen and Japanese small plates in the whole city. I am not exaggerating. This is El Paso’s best ramen.

Absolutely delicious food and the entire place has a relaxing but fun atmosphere. I started with appetizers (edamame and seaweed salad) before my Curry Ramen and then finished off with the mochi (green tea and horchata). From beginning to end, they crushed it 🙌🏻 …Sorry for no pictures… my stomach got too excited Went back for the sushi burrito and it was DELICIOUS!!

A good friend of mine took me here today and it did not disappoint. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service is phenomenal. It's tucked away downtown and the restaurant itself has a cool vibe. You can dine inside or opt to eat on the covered patio. Highly recommend for the Ramen lover!

Chill place to enjoy good hot ramen. Noodles are tasty and bouncy. The Krab salad is a must. I just wish they had ice cold beer.

This is a nice little cozy spot for some authentic noodles. I honestly haven’t had noodles this good since I was in Japan. Because of the small space you may have to wait 10-15 minutes or not for seating. Check them out on Instagram.

Food was absolutely delicious. We had Hot Babe (spicy level 2), Thicc Boi and Pork Gyozas. The spicy level was enough to get a kick with good flavor but not overly hot. Will be back to try more of the menu, would recommend! Also, they package very well for to-go/delivery. Package broth separate to mix on your own when you eat (as seen in photo below).

Cute casual place with indoor and outdoor seating. Got a good parking spot at 2:30pm, but parking could be trouble during peak hours. We ordered the hot babe and thicc boi. Both were delicious! Also lime and orange sodas (don't remember the brand) that weren't too sweet 👍
