Best pho place I've visited in El Paso. The food is always very fresh and very delicious. The pho bowls are plentiful with lots of meat and noodles with large portions for a small price. The service here is amazingly attentive and the food comes out quickly with minimal wait time but is always cooked correctly and seasoned perfectly. The spring rolls here are huge almost like small burritos of delicious fresh veggies and a variety of different meats for the fillings. I always leave here fully satisfied with a full belly and a desire to come back to enjoy more food. If I could give it more starts I would because this place has very tasty food and a well kept very clean interior with a nice atmosphere and they play a radio station with a good variety of music too!

Found this place about 3 months ago and go there just about every trip, I'am out of Gilbert Az and always looking to try this soup were ever I go, the service is always good so next time when your in the area give it a try. And if your ever in Chandler Az go to Saigon Pho. Alma School & Knox one of the best Pho soups I've had. 🍲

I love them, This is a Small Family run Restaurant on Airways that is a true hidden gem! I drive from the Far Northeast Just to eat here! All I can say is "GREAT, GREAT GREAT" The Pork Fried Rice is Awesome! The biggest bowls of soup i have ever seen, I tried to finish one and it beat me!! I truly hope that they stay for a very long time! Thank you for the great food and if you ever open one in the NorthEast please let us know as you will have us as a for sure customer!

Originally I came here for the Pho, which was DELICIOUS; But, I keep coming back for the grilled pork sandwich!! Honestly I was drooling checking out everything that came out of the kitchen! And the large servings are well worth the price (2 sodas, shared app, and 2 entries for 33 dollars) . This vietnamese restaurant isn't all that special just looking at it (chipped dishware, dated decor) but don't judge a book by its cover you'll get friendly service and some tasty eats!

Absolutely delicious!! This is our second time dining here and the food 🍲 is absolutely delicious. We order our pho with charbroiled pork, just the way we like it and the flavor is on-point. The service is wonderful too! The springs roll with pork will make you smile and are a great sized app!

Was looking for a place that had soup to warm my tired soul and happened to drive past this pho spot. The spicy noodle soup was just what I needed. I ordered mine with the steamed chicken, it was great and a very big portion. Will be back to try more!

Not much to look at when it comes to atmosphere but don't judge this book by it's cover. The soup portions are excellent, if you are a hungry person like me. Very good flavor and I did not leave thinking I could eat more. Overall, I would return if I have the chance.

Ordered a shrimp lo mein and a teriyaki chicken with egg rolls. The shrimp lo mein was excellent, very good blend of vegetables, sauce, and shrimp which I asked to be prepared spicy. The plate was freshly prepared, and very tasty. I would definitely recommend this if you want something spicy. The chicken teriyaki was also very good. Chicken was juicy, and not overcooked. The egg rolls were also tasty as well. Both plates took about 5 minutes to come out. The wait staff was very patient, and helpful in making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for some good Vietnamese Pho and Cuisine.

Ordered a large pho with beef. Tasted excellent, but as another reviewer mentioned I would have enjoyed a bit more meat. Also somewhat small dish of sprouts/cilantro to put into bowl, and no basil which I’m used to seeing included. Also had the crab and cheese wontons but was disappointed in the amount of crab/cheese in them. And had the egg rolls, which were all right. The pho is what would bring me back, though. The server was very attentive and kind, excellent service. The atmosphere makes it a bit of a hole in the wall, which is too bad because I’d like to take my son’s girlfriend out for pho as our first time meeting her, but I’d like to make a better impression than this setting.

This place is fantastic. The customer service is great! Portions are very big. The food is always tasty and fresh. There are some veg*n options too, you have to ask for a tofu or vegetable substitution on the plate you're wanting. The tofu vegetable fried rice is AMAZING. You can ask for it spicy, if you like a little kick. I also love the Thai Milk Boba tea, it's perfect. Highly recommend!

By far the best Vietnamese food I’ve had in the El Paso area. Pho Bistro is located in a small plaza on a busy street on the east side. It is a small establishment with about 10 tables with a max capacity no greater then 44. We entered for a late lunch on a Friday so after the rush I am sure. We where seated and greeted immediately. We ordered the shrimp and pork spring rolls, curry chicken with rice and the pork sandwich. All had a wonderful presentation, great portion size, prepared exceptionally and tasted amazing. And the Mango Boba was from a manufacturer I’ve never heard of but was awesome! All and all our meal came out to only 28 dollars. This retardant gets 5 stars all day because it meets all my criteria: 1) Healthy 2) Taste 3) Inexpensive 4) Fast 5) Clean 6) Friendly

Found Pho Bistro with Google. The reviews are accurate. To start I ordered a number 303, pho with meatballs and well done brisket. I have a discriminative palate and it was pleased. Much so, I ordered a 309, vermicelli with grilled pork, shrimp and eggroll togo. Lorena works there. She is amazing, knowledgeable and willing to help you with the menu. Will visit Pho Bistro whenever I am in El Paso...

I was hesitant to try this place because of reviews but I went. I got the combination pho and it was delicious. I went at a slower hour though so food came out fast Broth was flavorful and portions were actually pretty great. Service was good too

Food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The spring rolls were larger here than some other places. They tasted good and also fresh. It's a bit small but very good place to eat and prices were reasonable.
