Awesome place. Loved the food and the staff. The brisket sandwich was delicious. It was tender and flavorful. The pulled pork was moist and tangy. The nachos are super yummy. Good amount of toppings. Loved their potato salad. The staff was so nice and friendly. Highly recommend. Cant wait to go back. Super kid friendly. Great play area.
I went on a Sunday for their brunch and was not disappointed. The food was great and the selection was incredible. I would highly recommend this place. Their mimosas were very refreshing.
Outstanding customer service!!! 👍👍👍 moist brisket & super moist chicken! Moist Smoked chicken is difficult to achieve, I should know. BBQ sauce was perfect for my taste, but if you’re not a fan of spice then proceed with caution. If there is one thing I would critique is the green chili mac. The flavors were there, but the pasta was clearly sitting for a while creating a mushy pasta. I’m sure when the Mac is fresh that it’s awesome! Definitely coming back!

I rarely give 5 stars to an establishment, actually I never have because I’m too busy eating and drinking rather than leaving google reviews. But, for all the peasants who read reviews like me...
Upon entering the Blue Mule Outfitters we were greeted by a wonderful hostess/cashier/server who explained the menu to us, took or order up front and continued to check up on us even after we sat down. Yes, I know what a waitress is but in this establishment you pay when you order and you get your own fountain drinks. It was great service without the typical 15-20% you would expect to add to a check but tips are appreciated and deserved based on the service I received (yes, my cheap self tipped)
Now to the grand finale, the food! My wife hates barbecue so she only goes when I cash in my brownie points. We started off with the tip ends which were delicious and the portion size was very generous for the price. The wife loved them and because she isn’t a BBQ fan she ordered the Salmon Pasta as an entree. She said the salmon was very good and the garnish they put in it was delicious.
I ordered the brisket sandwich w/potato salad. The brisket melted in my mouth and the bread was amazing. My only complaint is that they need to make the sides bigger, I felt like my potato salad was the size of a free sample from Costco.
Overall it was a great experience, the customer service was even better than the food which is something that I value. Upon leaving I was asked by the manager or owner (not sure who it was) how the food and service was.

Tasty and smoky brisket. Great flavor in the meat accompanied with a soft piece of bread,made the perfect sandwich, and burger was extremely good as well, seasoned to perfection and cooked perfectly as well. The outdoor atmosphere was nice, allowing kids to play in the small playground available. All of this came with an extraordinary service, team was always checking if anything was missing and willing to go the extra mile to make our visit a memorable one.
This was our first time visiting but will for sure not be the last.
My family and I had the privilege of visiting yesterday for dinner. The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was also excellent. I had tender brisket that was not overly smoked, very nicely done. The sauce was perfect complementing the meat without overpowering it. My wife had pulled pork that was actually meaty and not mushy. The shrimp salad had fresh crispy greans with a generous portion of grilled shrimp. The atmosphere is relaxed with an outdoor patio just outside of the front door and a sizeable playground for the kids. I will recommend this establishment to everyone as well as bring visitors from out of town.
Amazing food and the helpings are huge!!! There is a baked potato under the brisket I promise!!! Staff is very helpful and friendly!
Food was okay, I would definitely go back to give it another try. Love the playground and relaxed atmosphere. It's a great place to have a small lunch and watch your kids play. The young man taking the orders was not friendly and seemed to be in a bad mood. That put a slight damper on my experience there.
First time here, the place has been opened for about a month now. Locally owned BBQ restaurant. The food was great and delicious. Drinks are included with your purchase. I got the Ribs and Potatoe. I got several slabs of ribs and a baked potato with sour cream. It was great. Alcohol drinks are also available for a price. Staff was friendly and nice. Will definitely comeback.
Celebrated my mother in laws birthday here today. The food and the service are through the roof! Luis was very attentive and hospitable. I love the atmosphere and the kid playground was a plus! We'll be coming here again for sure!
The brisket sandwich was great! Brisket was moist, and plenty of flavor. Homemade bbq sauce was the perfect condiment, and you have to try the sweet potato tots! Complimentary pork rinds and hot sauce were a nice bonus. Beer and wine available, and the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs.
Went on a whim to check it out and me and my wife were pleasantly surprised. It was amazing food and it was priced even better. For me and my wife to get a full meal for $22 was excellent. I had a burger and she had a brisket sandwhich. I will definitely be going back again.
We are extremely impressed ! At the beginning we were greeted with a mist pleasant smile from the young lady taking our order. Both she and the chef checked on us throughout the meal (not too much). And the meal was awesome. We had the ribs....which just melted off the bone, and chicken salad, both were delicious. Thanks BMO, we will be back !!!!
Very friendly staff! The owner walked me through the menu since I have food allergies. I got the salad with brisket. The salad had pineapple, strawberries and mandarin segments which I found to be a wonderful surprise! I would definitely recommend this place!
Absolutely loved this restaurant!! We were a party of 7 tonight and everyone of us loved everything we were served. The staff including the owners could not have been nicer or more attentive. We cannot wait to go back and I highly encourage anyone who lives on the west side to give Blue Mule a try. Amazing!!
Decided to take a look at this place with my dad because our original plans fell through. But thank god they did. They place was not only delicious and quick but it wasn’t busy busy, loud and it was CLEAN! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for some good bbq!
The food was very good. I had the sausage sandwich and sweet potato tots...high were flavorful and plenty of each. My only complaint is the menu is sparse....it's limited and could use some details for new customers.
Brisket was so yummy! Potato salad also hit the spot. And the service is super friendly. Would definitely stop here again when I’m passing through El Paso.
This place is poppin! We went to a family gathering here, there was a buffet and free non alcoholic drinks, the food was delicious! Bbq theme. There is a good size play area for the kids to hang out with enough windows to see the older kids play. We will definitely be back to hang out!
