I always order online and learned to go to the place and let them know, not sure if the orders don’t show up or they just don’t check that often but the times I don’t tell them I’ve had to wait a long time. From my experience customer service depends on who’s working but usually it’s good or great.
This Little Caesars is one of the best places I like to order from fast convenient I mean you are in-and-out what else do you want. If anything try the jalapeno breadstick half pepperoni pizza it is amazing.

Definitely was gonna be a lower rating than 5 stars since the pizza took forever to make (I think they forgot) but since it took so long they gave me some free breadsticks and sauce. Employees were all nice so that's a bonus
Wow! The manager of this store is all about customer service. He turned a bad day into a great one for me. Mistake was mine, not his, but he rescued me and had a great attitude. He even had someone carry my large order of 'zas to my car. I will continue to use this location as although there is another store closer to me.
They actually make the pizza REALLY good here!!! Shouts out to Daniela and Maria! They are really great employees and they ALWAYS make the pizza great! Great service and food. Also, they got really amazing specials there as well!
Not the best tasting but then again you get what you pay for, right? Ordered an extra most bestest Pepperoni and crazy bread. Pizza was eh but the bread was fresh and all in all still a good value.
This where I love to order Pizza from. The Pepperoni Pizza has a little kick to it that set it apart from other recipes. It fun to see the UTEP students line up to order,also. The really tall kids are the basketball players. The ones wearing beards, shorts and Birkenstocks are the doctorals. I'm the eternal graduate. To add to the College Atmosphere they usually have sports on in the dining area with only three tables. The lunch special for $5 comes with a soda. Crush Orange soda is my favorite but other places can never seem to carry it.
Love their pizza and Sevice is fast I wish they really start delivering in all of them, asked for delivery now because of COVID 19 PANDEMIC, AND THEY DENIED ME THAT SERVICE, AT THE LOCATION IN CHELMONT SHOPPING CENTER, THEY ONLY OFFERED IN RESTAURANT PICK UP

Nice. Clean. Pizza is great like always. The only mistake they make is if you special order they might not get it right.
