I have been eating here since 2006 and I have NEVER gotten sick, and I've tried a good handful of sushi restaurants across El Paso. They specialize more in the "rolls" than the Sashimi (which is the actual filet cuts of raw fish) but you have the option of trying the more exotic Nigiri pieces if you want something adventurous.
If you are dining out with others that do not like the fish idea, they can get either the Texas Roll or the Panco Roll, which are "safe" and do not contain any wild ingredients. Or there is the option of Teriyaki Beef.
But if you're fearless of fish, just dive right in and order the Sumisen Soup and the Ebi or Lobster Rolls.
