The employees and service were great, my only issue is with the app. If you order off it, when it tells you that your order is ready, it won't be. There's some lag when it comes to that. Told me it was ready, drove to pick it up and there was no order whatsoever. They had to make it right then and there. That is my only qualm with my experience.

Depends who is working. Might get a bunch of crushed tacos on a to go order. Little bit of meat a bunch of lettuce, or visa-versa. Other times it's amazing. This is today April 21, 2023. Decided to sit down and eat. Ordered to go. 5 dollar taco. Just wow

I came here today to meet with the GM Monica after she reached out to me since U had a previous bad experience, I've been eating Taco Bell for a long time more often than other restaurants and am so happy to see that there are still restaurant owners out here that want their customers to feel welcome and to be able to talk with them! I think I might start making a trip down here every 2 weeks to eat in and enjoy the relaxing feeling of being in a great restaurant with great food. I would normally have pictures of my food but today I hadn't eaten so I am making this review after having already eaten.

Ordered burritos and asked for them to add beef. One didn't have any beef with the other only had about a teaspoon worth in the middle (less than a bite). The tortilla chips were stale. And the App doesn't let you order chicken Chalupas. The soft Tacos were good.

The assistant manager is very friendly, and attentive. She helped me out to place my order on the new equipment.

First I went to SAY now that not everybody says everything the same way. Some have speech in pediment, and some are cheyenne indian or irish. I asked for assistance while ordering, which they did help...however there was people standing behind me and because i didn't pronounce something the way that the worker would. . ➡️ she turned to the people behind us and said THATS SO WHITE!⬅️ Thank you for just assuming first of all, and second of all , that is very racist! In case you're unsure which one... it was an older lady dark hair very short also a short person, skinny... That definitely is not how you should talk to or about your clients! When people come in my store. I don't say RACIST stuff to you, or PROFILE YOU! Try kindness or keep to yourself! Not everyone profiles, or is racist... It was offensive on your part. -Visited again 10/2023 Ordered: 2 chalopes w/jal sauce. Got 2 w/ out. Ordered nacho Bell grande- Got stale chips & smothered in jal sauce. READ YOUR TICKETS PEOPLE! I don't know why hubby said give ya all another chance. Also it's not value if I have to drive back, due to incompetence, to have my order be right. From Chaparral, NM to El Paso TX again! Ya all trying to be funny? Well, the jokes on you. I will not give you ANOTHER (6 X later) chance. Hubby, can not talk me into another chance, he is just gonna go without you! Because we eat our meals together... I've traveled all 50 states. And you all are in the top 4 of worst I've ever visited! It's a shame!

Picked up for carryout. The app wouldn't let me order what I wanted so I had to order at the counter. The team was helpful and friendly, and apologized for the inconvenience. I assured them that I knew they had no control over the app and thanked them for everything.

Have been to this specific location several times. The drive thru ladies are always so nice. Also the service is always fast and food taste good. They always get my order right which is surprising because most everywhere u go they always forget something but not here. Will be a loyal customer for life

My favorite Taco Bell. I see bad reviews about the service, I have had my drinks mixed up on two occassions, but the order has generally been ok and on par with what I'd expect from Taco Bell. If you're going to mobile order, understand how the process works before complaining. Wish the Burger King down the street would be this on the ball.

Your cashier is AWESOME 👍👍she goes above and beyond for her customers I failed to get her name but I know she has worked at this location for quite awhile. You can tell she really wants her customers to be well taken care of. There was one employee who bagged my order who needs to take notice of this service as when my bag was ready she practically thru it on the counter for me to pick up. Also I am a frequent guest at this location the drive thru is great 👍👍🤗🤗

I had customized my food order through the app for two different mobile orders. Turns out only one of the mobile orders had the customization I requested through the app. Might have been user error but at this Taco Bell location the employees present this evening were nice and went ahead and remade my order. I really appreciate you guys doing that for me. Had to leave a positive vibes review. Thank you~*
