Went in today to get in a quick meal, however was informed that they didn’t have readily available regular chicken sandwiches,
However this was made up for by the excellent Customer Service provided by Victoria.
Victoria offered to get me a spicy chicken sandwich and it came out delicious, she even offered me a complimentary drink!
Love this place and the customer service provided, will be returning.

Definitely loved the well seasoned large waffle fries for less than $3, full of flavor. The location is very ideal for students like me that take classes at the COBA building nearby or like to study & chill out at the library; quite a huge break from the usual distress in the Union dining lounge. Nice, polite employees as well!
Good food, but when it gets busy get ready for a long wait, and forget it if u you card as a form of payment you'll have to self order and if your card has a chip it may not read at the Kiosks. At times it seems like the employees there aren't happy, but are friendly.
Fast service but make sure you carry cash and card. One line is only cash the other only card. Carry both to go to the shortest line
Ok guys, I’m reading a lot of reviews about how you “went there at night” or you “can’t find the place.” First, it’s on campus, located in the food court of the Natural Gas Conference Center. If you look at the location provided on the map, it’s the big square looking building on the left of the marker. Second, you will never eat there unless you are a student or campus worker. It’s a gated campus and access is limited for only the folks who have the privilege of on campus parking. Now, for my review, it’s a walkup counter and they usually have about 5 cashiers working at their busiest times. They are polite and expedient, even when they are busy. It’s a nice break from all the crummy food served at UTEP. 5 stars.
I loved it. It was very good! Kinda Sad its closed on Sundays but i understand why. When i first went i was just amazed by how good it was and im glad i didnt go in because my brother was going crazy of how good it was it was like a commercial that say its not actor's but you can tell because they act like they just won the lotery but this was for real. He was like that but in real life. If I could give it a million stars i would. Really loved it
This new Chick-fil-A is really neat. Excellent location, and relatively fast service. It does tend to get packed but it moves quickly.
Good workers but they forget to offer condiments, I know were supposed to ask for them but it is fast food and at times customers on cars are not focused but will pay for food so I think it's only right to go a little further as you hand out the food.
Chicken burgers are good. But the sauce is where it's at. What's in that magical Chick-fil-A sauce? The world may never know. Oh the waffle fries are pretty great.
